It is located on the garden level of the residence and is ideal for spending holidays with friends or family. It will allow you to relax while enjoying the swimming pool and superb walks in Ponant. (Access to the swimming pool provided that sanitary conditions allow the opening of the swimming pool). The agency disclaims all responsibilities in the event of a decision to close the pools by the residence manager or the competent authorities. No refund or compensation can then be claimed). Located a stone's throw from the Golf course and the pretty port, this functional and well-equipped apartment ensures you have a pleasant stay just a few minutes from the beach and shops. With a surface area of 34m², it can easily accommodate up to 4 people. It has a sofa bed in the living room, a 160 cm double bed in the bedroom and 2 single bunk beds in the cabin, not being suitable for children under 6 years old (– article 6 of the Decree No. 95-949 of August 25, 1995). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with a washing machine and the toilets are separate. The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace on the ground floor and has a flat screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare delicious meals including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc. Please note that end-of-stay cleaning, linen Housekeeping and bathroom linen are not included in the price. However, if you wish, we invite you to contact us to add these services. A car park 2 steps from the residence will allow you to park your car.
