It will allow you to relax while enjoying its beautiful swimming pool overlooking the Golf. Located a stone's throw from the Golf and the pretty port of Ponant, this functional and well-equipped apartment ensures you have a stay just a few minutes from the beach and the businesses. With a surface area of 42m², it can easily accommodate up to 6 people in its rooms, one equipped with 2 single beds and the other (on the mezzanine) with a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilets are separate.
The living room equipped with a trundle bed (sleeps 2) opens onto a beautiful terrace and has television.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare your meals, including an oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Washing machine also available in the bathroom.
Please note that end-of-stay cleaning, household linen and bathroom linen are not included in the rental price.

The swimming pool overlooks the Golf de la Grande Motte (provided that sanitary conditions allow the opening of the swimming pool.
