About this apartment rental
Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with gated car park. Walking distance to both Whitstable and Tankerton beaches, cafes and restaurants. Ideal location for those wanting a seaside escape.
Also a perfect location to visit Canterbury and surrounding areas
We may at certain times - be able to accommodate 1 night stays. Please contact owner to enquire.
The space
This is a Unique contemporary apartment in the Telephone Exchange building of Tankerton. There are two bedrooms both with ensuite shower room & toilets . There is also a utility room that has a separate toilet. Each bedroom also has a TV. The master bedroom can be changed to a twin option if required.
The fully equipped kitchen opens up onto the dining area leading into the lounge so you can still interact with your companions when busy cooking in the kitchen! Thats if you are not eating at one of the wonderful Whitstable restaurants!!
Guest access
There is a remote controlled gated car park with an individual parking space for guests to use. Access is via a communal door at the REAR of the building with either stairs or lift access to the appartment.
Other things to note
We may be able to accept one night stays at certain times of the year - please enquire to see if this can be accommodated.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed everything at flat 5. The location of this apartment is outstanding, a couple of mins to Tankerton beach and 5 mins into Whitstable main town centre. From the wine and milk in the fridge, to the high quality bedding and towels, every detail has been thought of. There were lovely ginger biscuits left for us too! This is a brilliant apartment and we will definitely be back. The parking is great with generous sized spaces. Comfortable beds and sofas etc and a well equipped kitchen with coffee, salt/pepper etc which makes a short stay so much easier. The only let down were the showers which lacked a fair bit of power and could do with a really deep clean and perhaps replacement shower heads.

Wonderful apartment, really well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay including the welcome touches of cookies etc. Norman was easy to communicate and swiftly rectified a minor issue with the lock.
The location is just around the corner from the castle and tearooms and easy walking distance into Whitstable town and harbour, and good bus connections.
We would happily stay here again.

Norman’s flat number 5 is an absolute delight. Super clean, well furnished and appointed and stocked with all you need. It was really warm and comfortable. The beds are so comfy and the linen and towels very lovely.
The wine, milk and biscuits were a great touch.
We were there for a weekend but I would have. O hesitation in recommending it for a short or longer stay.
Well positioned on the main road but exceptionally quiet. A nice walk into Whitstable both during the day and at night and a short stroll to the seafront.
Good wide parking spaces and the joy of a lift.

Excellent property, comfy beds, coffee machine, and super close to town, everything in walking distance.
The main road can be a bit noisy at night with the cars zooming past, but besides that, everything was great!

Had a great 3 night stay at the apartment. It was clean and comfortable, has everything you need and is in a good location.

Great location - close to the sea and the village. Bus stop right out front to go to Canterbury. Nice to have a parking spotas well. Lovely 2 bedrooms both with baths and a separate laundry and toilet. Living room and kitchen were perfect for our short stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Precise directions and access instructions made for a great start !
Above and beyond personal touches, spacious unit with modern appliances ,cleanliness and great location with easy walk to the beach and the town centre . Would definately recommend this property.

Great long weekend in Whitstable staying this very well equipped property just10 mins walk from all Whitstable amenities. Super comfy beds!

Had some family issues which I thought might stop me going. Owner was helpful and accommodating. Apartment was well furnished and well equipped, with off road parking. Walking distance to centre of Whitstable. Comfortable bed and nice linens.
