Relaxing, fun

It was clean, we stayed here for a week and was a bit worried after reading the reviews, the food isn’t amazing but you will always find something to eat, they had lots of meat dishes, freshly prepared pizza, I had omelet for breakfast every day cooked in front of me. My son had freshly cooked waffles, pancakes. Staff in the bar were lovely especially upstairs. , 2 big bars, 3 swimming pools. The people were lovely and did not hassle you to join in activities or do excursions. We had a really nice time and would definitely go back. We were the only English there.

Vraiment déçu il ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles

La ville seulement l’hôtel ce trouve à l’opposé de la ville 25 / 30 minutes en voiture

Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité Le personnel n’a pas accepté d’annuler ma réservation ni voulu me donner une autre chambre arrivée à 15h30 ont à du attendre jusqu’à 16h45 pour avoir la chambre vraiment déçu j’ai contacté booking aucune solution constations les clients prennent trop à manger et laisse les assiettes pleine sur les tables tout le surplus par directement à la poubelle il faut donc venir à l’ouverture du repas ou presque à la fin pour manger les restes pour éviter la foule vraiment très bruyante le restaurant de l’hôtel déçu

I stayed in Room No. 1106 it was without a refrigerator and without a treasury and without wifi internet …. The behavior of some of the workers in the restaurant was bad.... The equipment of the restaurant and cafes is not up to the services of 4-star hotels … The air conditioning of the restaurant and cafes is very bad…. The main restaurant workers are not able to provide the full service and cleanliness to the customers.

Room was ok but tv didn't work, reception staff were great, bar staff not very friendly. Food was not great but was ok for the price

Fantastic location, great value for money, exceeded expectations, awesome food choices, large variety! Property is undergoing renovations so this would enhance the hotel even further.

Pillow, however was replaced when notified the staff

The wonderful island called Djerba

Best El Mouradi hotel that we've ever stayed in. Beautiful hotel, excellent indoor and outdoor activities. Excellent food. Lovely location. Brilliant friendly and efficient staff.

Every thing in this hotel were very bad , service, staff , rooms , food , clean, furniture . I stayed 2 days with out cold water in the bathroom After 2 days they sent someone to solve this problem , I will not be in this hotel again

Service is bad. Rooms are not expected to be Bungalow. No indication in the Hotel page nor in the offer. Personnel do not provide any support, only advance payment matters for any given service.

staff was agressive and not helpful at all, room was disgusting.

buffet was the only good thing.

Reception staff were rude, impolite and disrespectful. no Wifi, toilet flush broken, bathtub clogged, dresser door broken. no way to reach the reception phone broken, no answer to all our request from the reception. room was dusty and dirty. the sheet and towels were very harsh.
