1-The receptionist her name is “ Ghada” she’s very rude and arrogant we asked her for new towels she was like investigating us and she treated us like we are begging her and she didn’t bother herself to send new ones ,she totally ignored us and started talking in her mobile . 2-Swimming pool looks dirty and very small .Some of the kitchen staff are also rude Shame that a nice and clean hotel has such rude receptionist and staff ( excluding the cleaning stuff they very polite)

Solo Traveller in Bizerte.

The hotel was clean and well kept with direct beach access. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is a nice quiet place to just relax. The breakfast was good with a chef to take basic requests (omelette, eggs, etc) and a variety of other food was also available. Bizerte is a nice place to just experience Tunisia without being overwhelmed by tourists.

Charming hotel.

About 10 minutes walk from the center of Bizerte. In a fairly quite area. Close to the sea. I imagine in warmer months it could be popular. As it was out of season so to speak, some museums were closed.

Food on an evening could be better labeled. Some renovations going on. Could do with a gym and a cafe style area.

The beach location by the hotel, and the pool are great. The room size is very good. The location of the hotel is great close to center but in a calm area.

For the standing and price of this hotel you can expect much more: - some lights in the room were not working - sometimes there were no towels in the room (because they were under wash and there was no spare) - No black tea in morning even though requested twice at the breakfast - When we ordered sparkling water they informed us that there was none and they need to buy it from outside. After 30 min of waiting we just cancelled the order - After requesting 3 times to change one of the pillow for aomething smaller, we never received the pillow

Overall fine but unpleasant welcome

The lady at the reception was extremely unfriendly. She left us waiting for 25 minutes in the dark without even turning on the light in the reception hall, not the lights on the way to the rooms. She booked us twice to the wrong room, we had to go to the room every time and find out by ourselves that it was not what we booked, even though we arrived late and tired. This was unacceptable, especially that finally she still booked us to a three-bed room while our confirmed reservation stated a four-bed room for a family! That was a clear down-grade and we still payed the same price with one of us sleeping on the sofa and the other on a last-minute solution bed that was brought to the room!!! To be fair the restaurant personnel was very friendly and the hotel was fine. But such a hostile welcoming leaves you with a big disappointment!

The location (right on the beach) was fantastic and the price was very reasonable.

Superb

Everything was almost excellent, but the last lunch. It was delayed by 1 hour. Therefore, I had to leave without meal in order to be on time at the airport. I wasted 1,5hour loitering in the lobby with excuses from the reception desk.

I was not alone. There were a lot of locals who were surprised as well with such delay.
