Excellent stay, really great location and a clean, comfortable room. One drawback is the keyless system, and I would recommend making sure you have the correct code for your room (as there are 3 codes to get to the room) - I was locked out my room for about 30 minutes but the staff were able to help. Overall a great stay in Vienna and I would gladly return!

Exceptional service and a flawless process added to the experience. Beautiful and well appointed, the room welcomed us with comfort and views of the city. The location was perfect as it was close to major sites and transportation - with excellent choices for dining nearby. Friendly and professional staff anticipated our needs, were available and responsive to answer questions.

Pros: 1- Clean room 2- Great location 3- Easy check-in (self) Cons: 1- Over priced (paid ~150 USD for 1 night) with regard to the room being very small. 2- No amenities in the room (no extra pillows, requested a child crib but found nothing in the room upon arrival, no iron). 3- No front desk and no place to breath other than your room. Book this hotel if you are NOT a family and ONLY if you are using the room just to sleep.

There is no staff, the question about the staff and service makes no sense. Wish there was an option to leave luggage for a few hours.

Overall a comfy place. Just was difficult to find and access the property. The service was all done through an app, but even then they got things wrong like so not disturb.. numerous times people access the room without permission. Bathroom was still dirty, had hairs from other guest on the tiles. In a central location not too far from all the sites.

The inside of the hotel was beautiful, everything was clean, and it was easy to get help. The location is great--a 5 minute walk to Old Town. The only issue was that the room was very, very small for three people. It felt like we were on top of each other. I could not tell from the online photo that is was so small. But otherwise, it was great.

The property is quite unique and maintained to a very high standard. Beware if you have not received your entry code which should have arrived 24 hours before check-in - contact the hotel and they will send a form which has to be completed before they will give you the code. They also knock on your door at 11 am on the day of departure and your door code no longer works.

Much better than I expected. The property was clean and the location was fantastic. My pin didn't work for my room, and the staff came immediately to help once I called. They live above. Highly recommend.

Seamless stay. Easy to check in and out, and to leave luggage until later in the day before flight.. A great supermarket next door and easy access to old Vienna. The #2 airport bus is about a block away running every 30 minutes with plenty of luggage racks. Overall, a great choice!

The room was very cozy and clean in a great area near transit, restaurants and shopping with a very good security set up. Only real complaints were the pillows were terrible and room was far too hot even with radiant heating turned to the lowest setting with a window open. Otherwise I would recommend a stay here

Room was clean and big for a solo traveler! However, the room is hot like summer so need to “strategically” open the window. Open too wide and you’ll get too cold; open slightly and it has no impact (still the room is boiling). Another weird thing as well was the code sent was not working. Good thing there was someone from the management helped me to fix it. Overall, it was still good as the location is really near to the area I want to see

Perfect location for sightseeing on foot and by public transport. Nice bakery opposite for brekkie though not open sundays or public holidays. The office stored our luggage. But the room was very hot even with radiator off and windows open all day in december. Too much traffic noise to have them fully open at night but we had to leave them open.

We were somewhat afraid of staying here or not since it was self check in, but let me tell you, very well instructions, close to everything, very clean, safe area, supermarket next door, overall great experience. Second time staying at pension city hotels and was happy with the size of the room. Everything was clean and check in was easy. The bathroom had a weird smell on and off. Also the neighborhood was a bit noisy at night, was happy the hotel provided earplugs. Would recommend and stay here again.
