About this house rental
Located 50m from the beach, this modern house offers you all the comfort you need to make your vacation with family or friends a success!
It is a 60m2 construction, bright and spacious decorated on the theme of the sea. A home which ensures a warm atmosphere with a large bay window, a large tiled and enclosed terrace, a parking space, a barbecue, a lounge garden with deckchairs.
The house is functional, equipped with a fitted kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove with oven and ceramic hob, toaster, SENSEO coffee maker, filter coffee maker, electric kettle), a comfortable living room ( sofa and armchairs with cushions, 4K TV 125cm).
TV with French, English and German channels.
It offers a closed bedroom equipped with a 160cm bed on the ground floor as well as a second upstairs, equipped with 2 90cm beds and an extra bed. The bedding is new, of very good quality (possibility of renting a baby bed and bathtub at an additional cost).

- Mandatory cleaning (following the Covid pandemic, we have chosen to make the end-of-stay cleaning service compulsory): €50
- In order to guarantee you a quality service, a deposit of €300 will be requested. It will be returned to you upon your departure.

Its temperate climate offers you mild temperatures all year round (summer and winter) thanks to the mild climate of the Golf-Stream. Barneville-Carteret is also a calm place for travelers looking for rest, wild and natural for adventurers looking for beautiful walks and sumptuous panoramas (sea, wild dunes, etc.). A destination for family or friends, where everyone can enjoy this very typical region of the Manche department (halfway between Brittany and Ireland) which continues to see its number of visitors increase each year.
