Nettes Apartment an der Fußgängerzone mit leckerem Frühstück

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Fußgängerzone von Hameln! Vom Apartment hat man eine tolle Aussicht! Es ist eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Ausstattung vorhanden! Das Frühstücksbüffet ist wirklich super umfangreich und sehr köstlich!

Das Badezimmer hatte kleine Mängel an der Klospülung!

Zentrale Lage um alles fussläufig zu erreichen.

Sehr netter und freundlicher Empfang. Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Gekochte Eier, Rühreier mit Bacon. Servicepersonal sehr zuvorkommend. Abstellmöglichkeit von Fahrrädern in der Tiefgarage vorhanden. Zentrale Lage. Alles fussläufig zu erreichen

Very comfortable and quiet stay in the heart of old city center

Very clean, spacious apartment with everything needed for a stay with kids (good kitchen).good breakfast buffet. Convenient as the building was equipped with a lift.

Though we generally enjoyed the breakfast, you could see that it was challenging for staff during typical rush hours concerning bringing more food that was gone or refilling coffee machines/milk. I would also like to see more variety on fruits ( we got just apples and pears). Also, it was difficult to clean up in the kitchen, no sponge for washing up (no dishwasher neither).

Das Appartement war frisch renoviert Die zentrale Lage

Dadurch , das es recht neu war, fehlten im Badezimmer Haken für Handtücher und Ablagenöglichkeiten . In der Küchenzeile ist kein Licht, und zum abwaschen auch nichts . Beim Frühstück musste man oftmals auf Kaffee warten, da die Maschinen ständig leer waren. Das Angebot an Wurst und Käse beim Frühstück ist verbesserungsbedürftig.

Das Zimmer war schön groß

Das Zimmer hatte quasi keine Steckdosen, die frei und/oder erreichbar waren. Seit langer Zeit mal wieder ein Frühstücksbuffet welches komplett auf Milchalternativen oder zumindest eine vegane/vegetarische Wurstsorte verzichtet.

Good location, bad air-conditioning in our room, okay hotel

Great location and reasonably priced parking just across the road in a shared underground garage

I had booked the property to a large extent due to it having air-conditioning. Ours was totally useless and we had to leave the windows open to try to cool the room. So our sleep was poor as the road was a noisy one. The front desk is only manned til 10pm so we couldn’t complain about the air-con til morning but, perhaps it was a language issue as we don’t speak much German at all, the receptionist didn’t seem to care. Also we discovered afterwards that it was a smoking room so that may explain the strange smell (fusty-ish).

My kids had a good break , felt comfortable and clean. Thats the most important.

very clean, which is always a nice feeling. Bathroom clean and spacious. nespresso coffee machine ...so bring your pods The position of the hotel is great. Parking is also easy and safe, underground and secure , just across the road from the hotel.

Breakfast was poor, bread was not fresh ( i thought that this was a crime in germany) and in general was not worth the money. Coffee was good Staff , this is a simple thing....why can staff not make eye contact and smile? They were all disinterested and would often not even grunt as we walked by and said "goodmorning " or " g'day "...no reaction. My kids gave up on the staff. But the cleaning Lady was a gem , wishing us a good day and a smile. The pillows were sh#t . ..puffy until you lay your head down...then " plonk."..nothing there. My kids always bring there own pillows....i may have to pack a pillow.

If you're looking for a modern hotel in the heart of Hameln, this should be right up your street.

Very modern hotel in the heart of Hameln. Breakfast was a typical Continental selection of tasty meats and cheeses. The room was exceptionally clean and large with a modern bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful - the language barrier was not an issue.

Would like to have been advised of the building work at the hotel prior to arrival.

Very noisy. no AC in room - with window open the street noise was unbearable until 3 am. Shower fixture broken. Cheap furniture.

we couldn’t use the apartment that we booked because it was on the 3rd floor and know lift, (we are an older couple ) we were offered a lot smaller hotel room foe extra money, not happy with the extra cost, not very helpful in that respect.

Pleasant, comfortable and in a great location

Would like to say thank you to the staff. Especially Carolina and Stefanie. As we asked for Filter Coffee, we were given a caraff with Filter Coffee. Carolina made sure in the evening we were comfortable on the terrace. It was wonderful

Great value, central hotel.

Rooms were lovely, comfortable and clean. With everything we could have needed. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options and couldn't get a much more central location. Staff friendly.

Asked to leave luggage after check out and paid a fee, but bag just left out beside the reception. Not behind a desk or in any way secure. Seems a bit much to pay to leave baggage in a place so easily seen/accessed by anyone.

It was right in the middle of the old town and very easy to drive to. the staff had messaged me as I was late in arriving. They have a secure garage that you can park your car in. I had left my rings in the room and they were lovely and put a message on my car to tell me.

It would have been nicer if the parking was included in the price. it was €9.50 overnight but they also wanted €6 for an extra half day stay so I could sightsee.

Quite standard like other hotel around the world, although it’s my first time staying in a hotel in Germany. The receptionist Frau was really friendly and gave me clear instructions for the hotel
