Location was great and staff were very nice but the room and needs more attention to detail

Staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

We couldn’t get the hot water to come on in the sink or shower. We did not have a bar of soap for the bathroom sink although there was a soap dish. There were two of us but only one washcloth. Breakfast was ok. One of the curtain rods was out of the wall on one side.

All in all I love the place and location

The sink kept stopping up and the garbage disposal didn't work went to the office to get a plunger and the black guy said they didn't have any! There should be a plunger in every room.

Bedbugs

Bedbugs..bedbugs bedbugs ..the 2nd night we found a bedbug on the sheets. I got bit in the morning but didn't think it was besbugs until we can back to our room after a show and there it was. My friend only looked at one corner when we first got into the room. The man at the counter was not helpful at all even after I brought the bug to him in one of the hotel cups. Told us out only options were to gor to another room or leave.. Whe I asked for him to call his manager, told me it was impossible. I said nothing is impossible especially with bed bugs..straight faced either leave or take the new room. It's 2:30 am ehat else could we do bit take the room. Then told me to take the bug with us..what!! I brought it down for proof he reluctantly took it and I don't know what he did with it after that. The next day wasn't any different the manger implied that we had brought the bug in since they supposedly check every week..right. Then asked me to sent the pictures of the bites and the bug. I did then proceeded to charge me full price for the room . Stay any where else!!!

it was okay not sure if i would book here again.

The location of the room was nice and the rooms were clean and neat.

The policy is confusing and the staff aren’t really helpful they say one thing and then say another.

Everything was fine. I travel frequently and this was one of the better places I have stayed.

It was located very close to the venue I was going to. The room was honestly great. Price was great, room was clean and comfortable. I saw some bad reviews and was a little nervous, but I saw none of the things mentioned. Everything in the room worked (including the phone), there were no bugs. I found nothing wrong during my stay. There was a $50 incidentals hold, but the money was refunded to my account within 8 hours of discharging.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Management appears to be "Penny wise and Pound foolish" in controlling costs. Drives away guests

Property was advertised as having a pool but staff said the pool was not opened this year at all! Then don't advertise that it HAS a pool! Breakfast was very lacking.....waffles tasted like they were literally made with urine. 20+ people trying to eat breakfast and only TWO (2) miniature muffins were available. Coffee cups were so cheap and thin that I burned my hand trying to carry it to the table. Kitchen in unit smelled like a cat had been fried for dinner the day before.....with cabbage.

We had bedbugs, and had a broken AC!

Staff members are extremely helpful and nice. The area is quite and convenient.

The first night we stayed was fine. The second day the AC broke and we had to switch rooms. We switched rooms and went straight to bed, it was late. I woke a couple hours later to check on my baby who was sleeping next to me and found bedbugs everywhere on him, he’s only 9 months old. I got up and checked my bed and the bedbugs were everywhere. In the bed, in the pillow cases. It’s 3 am so we didn’t really have an option but to switch rooms again, and all they had available was a one bed room. I checked that room throughly and didn’t find any bedbugs, so we stayed in the smaller room for the rest of the trip. It was traumatizing for me to wake up and find bedbugs on my baby.

I would NOT recommend this to anyone . It needs upgrading and good cleaning.

Very limited. We came at 830 and there was hardly any food left. Coffee was weak. Eggs and sausage was fair.

The sink and tubs did not drain. My husband didn’t take a shower because there was a foot of water in the tub after I had gone in. The kitchen utensils were dirty and the handles on cabinets etc were sticky . The hairdryer kept shutting off. I expect compensation for this poor quality hotel.

Location wise it was great but just too noisy and every time we moved something on the kitchen counter some type of bug

Located near many stores, shops and restaurants, the metro etc

Very noisy, dumpster gets dumped daily at 7am!!! The upstairs neighbors noise filters directly down to the rooms below
