Terrible. Not value for money (not at all) and not recommended!!!!!

1)there was no tel in the rooms so we wanted to call reception but there was no such way !!!! 2)the mini fridge in the room was empty (!) and almost dead…..! 3)the rooms and especially the bathrooms was not clean and full Of small hairs everywhere 4)the breakfast starts at 7:30am which is not really normal for a city that supermarkets opens at 6am. Anyway. Except of that, the breakfast was basic. Or no. Was poor. Less than basic. Terrible !!5) the whole building is too too too old. They havens made any try for improvement to any level !!! Even floor Is full of this terrible nor removable Carpet which is full Of dirtiness etc etc etc ! And last but not Least. For the check out. We were waiting 10min the receptionist who never arrived and then we called them 30min and didn’t reply to our calls. We just left the card on the desk and a note and left… terrible! And so expensive for just having the “location” annd nothing else. totally not recommended!!!

Lo staff è stato molto accogliente e pronto ad aiutarci Le camere pulite e la colazione ottima

Amazing, interesting and wonderful

The place is very good, clean and beautiful room, very attentive staff, especially Julia was very lovely. Would definitely recommend to others and we will be back.

La ubicación es fantástica. Está muy cerca del centro de la ciudad y de la parada del metro/ tranvía. Las habitaciones limpias y bastante cómodas. El desayuno simple pero suficiente. El personal amable y servicial.

El hotel tiene moqueta en todas partes y la decoración está algo anticuada.

Perfect location, car parks not available at the property, but public car parks are 5-10 minutes walking distance. Very helpful staff, room was a bit weird in terms of layout but nice and clean, modern, spacious bathroom. Would stay there again.

The only thing that I didn't like was that there is no carpark available at the property

Very good value for money, quiet hotel in central location

We were attending shows at the Opera House. The hotel is very conveniently situated for this. The linen and bathroom were very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Good soundproofing. This was our second stay, and we will certainly visit again.

Everything in our room very dusty, and the water glasses/cups were finger marked. Housekeeping need to check details before new guests check in.

location

when I checked in on Sunday it was great as there was only trainees working and they were very eager to provide the best service of which they did. Monday when I extended my stay the permanent team was back and everything seemed off. I’m not sure if it was racial or there are generally just not welcoming. it felt like I was bothering staff for asking basic things like water in the room (was never sent in) iron and new towels. when the cleaner came to give me the towels & iron I politely said thank you and she literally flicked her hand saying “whatever” in her language as she walked away another thing is : hotel is outdated. the classic room (No.4) was way better than the one I upgraded too (Junior Suite No.19) i was sinking into the bed because of how soft it was and the room had wet carpet smell I made sure to leave the windows open while out. you will receive better treatment and service from their trainees.

Clean, well located hotel, with amazing staff.

Everything was great on this Hotel. I would like to specially thanks Ludmila, the receptionist, that was really kind and helpful, helping us to enter the room as early as possible, and had an speciall attention with my parents that were arriving from a tiring trip. The hotel is very well located, clean, with good beds and bathroom. For my this a 10 out of 10.

The staff was very friendly and the location was great!!! The whole neighborhood was really safe and you can walk around to see the city easily and quickly...

The room was really small and very dirty. The temperature wasn't good (it was really cold!!!). Also, we didn't have enough towels for all of us...

Clean and welcoming hotel. The staff is super efficient and at the same time very friendly and always available for any kind of need. This hotel was amazing in everything. I will definitely come back to Vienna and hope to find availability in this hotel. Excellent location, excellent structure, very kind and professional staff. There is nothing that I didn't like or went wrong during my stay. The hotel is absolutely fantastic, i recommend it to everyone and i will definitely come back here for my next trips to vienna.

2nd time we choose this hotel. This time it started bad but thanks to the staff it became very good.

Location is great. At the beginning we got a room we didn't like. We told the staff and and they replaced the room which is much better.

The room we got in the beginning wasn't good for us. But after they replaced the room for us, it was great.

Everything was amazing. Good location, fantastic facilities, inclusive and easy to get help from the staff. I stayed for four nights and it was an enjoyable experience.
