Als ik dan iets moet noemen dan mag de badkamer misschien eens gemoderniseerd worden, alhoewel hoe het nu is uiteraard ook zijn charme heeft en alles gewoon goed functioneert

A very good stay

Very clean room, good facilities, exceptional staff. We appreciated the location and our short stay. Apartments are very well equipped.

On the other hand, I believe that breakfast could definitely be improved with more local products and a wider variety of choice.

Un sueño en Chianti

El ambiente te traslada a un borgo medieval que está muy bien restaurado y cuidando todo tipo de detalles. Ambiente relajado y vistas espectaculares. La situación, en pleno chianti es inmejorable. La atención del personal excelente y las vistas desde la terraza del restaurante y desde la piscina increíbles.

El desayuno es muy justo y el espacio limitado

The best location possible. Spectacular views from every angle. Up on a hilltop overlooking Tuscany. Better than what we dreamed a Tuscan view would be. Great pool area with a view. Restaurant and service were great. Staff were outstanding, attentive and always willing to go the extra mile. We will be back!!!

Molto belli il giardino e la piscina con una splendida vista sulle colline del Chianti. Gli appartamenti sono ottimamente arredati e ben accessoriati.

Ho trovato scomoda e scivolosa la vasca da bagno che suggerirei di sostituire con una doccia.

A great few days in the hills of Tuscany, lovely property.

Beautiful location in Tuscany on the vineyard with nice facilities. The restaurant and views were stunning. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with organising tours for cooking classes / vineyards etc.

The property isn't "serviced" like you'd expect a hotel to be, they don't offer a turn-over service unless you pay a fee. The pool towels are very expensive, when you would expect a hotel to offer these given the pool is on the property. Our room also had previous guests who had cooked in the room and it smelt very fishy throughout our stay which wasn't nice.

Perfect villa in Tuscany!

Incredible villa with an amazing view of the Chianti hills. Perfect swimming pool to relax. The restaurant was super tasty for our lunch meals. Our house was spacious, shower with the right pressure, comfortable bed, nice kitchen area.

In my opinion the only two downsides were breakfast (the options don’t really change and are not spectacular, so after 2 or 3 nights you don’t really look forward to it). And the fact that they use a Nespresso machine. In a country like Italy, known for its espresso culture, I was honestly disappointed to drink coffee out of a capsule each morning.

Amazing Tuscan houses, excellent food. Despite the restaurant is fine dining, they prepared also apropriate food for kids. Views are amazing as well as overall atmosphere.

A central station for "in Chianti" exploration

Rooms are spacious and comfortable; parking easy and plentiful. Reception was excellent with their assistance and information. The restaurant was only used for breakfast which I might add is an outstanding feature with a full complement of breakfast selections, including espressos and cappuccinos. Staff were absolutely amazing and friendly. The vistas and panoramic views were stupendous from this hilltop converted farm. Most importantly it was quiet! A true centric spot for exploring the heart of Tuscany.

Not so much what we didn't like but getting there and the fact we were early with our visit so much so that the greenery and spectacular colours of spring had still not come out so we never got to see the splendour of Tuscany. Roads are typically twisty and elevation changes are pretty well standard, as are blind corners and unseen corners. We also didn't take advantage of some of the "tour" services or country side hill treks. We used the hotel as a hub to visit nearby towns and cities, and other tourist sites.

Location great and never experienced better personnel at any place or any price. Restaurant superb for dinner, 360 degree great views.

My apartment had a small living room and kitchen but others were great. The stone stairways are ancient and irregular presenting fall risks for older clients.

Great former hamlet for a true Tuscan experience

Beautiful small former hamlet with great pool and amazing grounds overlooking the vineyards. The staff make you feel part of the family the moment you walk in. great service, highly recommend!

Location excellent, quiet, nice view. Suite spacious, cool even in hot weather.

We missed vegetables at breakfast, the dirt road of 800 m is a bit of a disadvantage.

This place is amazing, everyone is so friendly and helpful, the facilities are great, swimmingpool is quite big, there is a lot of nature around to enjoy the views. We did the wine tour as well and it was very interesting, we really enjoyed it

The place is absolutely fantastic, beautiful views, great accommodation and service. The swimming pool is clean and suitable for kids as well.

The breakfast is bit complicated, you have to order the day upfront and the selection is limited, bread wasn't fresh at all.

Exceptional

The stay was very pleasant. The whole Relais is a restored 11th century village (few buildings with small Chapel/Church) surrounded by vineyards. The views are certainly mesmerizing. The apartment was fully equipped, spacious, interior - authentic, beds comfortable. We did enjoy breakfast and dinner at their gourmet restaurant.

Very beautiful, too posh for us but great place to be!

I want to THANK the reception/breakfast staff, they are really AMAZING and they offer 5 star services! No doubt that these people are very well trained! Thank you ALL! - big size rooms. -very warm (we were here during April so it was cold outside, however the heat was on inside and it was so comfortable to have our apartment warm) -the breakfast was SO delicious (you need to pick what you want to eat one day before) - all 5 STAR quality! - big parking space. -

- no terrace/balcony - the road to the property is very dusty and rough - it is not possible to go by bike from the property to the main street. You need a good 4x4 car to drive up to the complex. -I feel this is a bit of an high-end hotel, too high-end for my taste, it loses its authenticity because of it, because is a bit too sophisticated. If you like posh, this is the place for you! We wanted a bit more of country side experience and this is not it.

Perfect stay in the middle of vineyard

Amazing location, spacious apartment, friendly and helpfull staff, possibility to visit their winery with wine tasting (few km from the property) The dinner is an exceptional experience, but maybe this is not for everyone and for everyday (too fancy, not really for family with children, but suitable for a couple)

The road to the property is through the vineyard, not really suitable for a small car

amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. Fantastic location and views, in particular from the restaurant terrace. Nice pool area. Restaurant great for dinner. You definitely need a car.

breakfast was somewhat sub-par for the standard of the facility, and repetitive. I understand Covid-19 requires pre-ordering, but we would have appreciated some alternative choices in cereals, type of bread, or cold cuts - this was the same every day. Egg dishes (omelette, boiled egg) at extra cost...
