テラス付きの部屋に泊まりました。テラスからは全面の海とかわいい街並みというロケーション、最高でした。そして朝食がとてもおいしかったです。特にクロワッサンとフルーツがおすすめ。早朝チェックアウトのため朝食が取れない日はバスケットにして朝食を詰めてくれました。シャワーの水圧、温度も快適で、部屋もとても広かったです。二人で泊まりましたが二部屋ありました。ホテルマンのサービスもよく、本当に満点のホテルでした！メインストリートからも近く、最初はわかりづらいですがエレベーターで降りればすぐでした。他のホテルより少し高いと思うかもしれませんが、それ以上の満足があります。みんなにおすすめします。

Very good

Perfect location, spacious rooms. Breakfast was very very good. Bartender in the rooftop bar was lovely.

The shower was tiny, and the shower head pointed towards the wall which made showering very awkward. Whenever we showered, it was inevitable that water was going to go all over the bathroom floor.

Very nice place to stay. The views from the rooms and the upper deck are simply amazing!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. The location of the hotel is perfect. Easy access to the surrounding sights.

The hotel needs some maintenance. Rooms were nice but the hallways, stairs, fountains show the age of the hotel. The central air conditioning shuts off for 2 hours early every morning making the room warm and less comfortable to sleep in.

Lovely staff, great breakfast selection, tidy, great location.

The staff were great, very helpful. We loved the breakfast selection. Fruit and yoghurt was included and often Italian hotel breakfasts don’t include those.

The shower head was faulty, it sprayed out in different locations. Also it would be great if they could have offered a pick up service from Giardini train station or even the centre of Taormina.

he location of the flat was great. It was very near to restaurants and the city center which made walking everywhere very easy. The flat was very comfortable and cute. We highly recommend

Amazing location with fantastic views!

Amazing location with fantastic views towards Mt Etna and main Piazza.

Everything was good just organise your taxi from the train / bus station.

Superb location and view

Super nice location, friendly staff, very large bed, superb view on sea and city from the balcony. Taormina is a very nice (albeit a bit overcrowded) touristic town, close to the sea as well as to famous Mt Etna. Plenty of restaurants and shops. The city is expensive, though.

The street is noisy (music) until midnight. Very difficult to sleep before then. Which was not a big problem.

The best part of the hotel was the location, as it was in the middle of everything in Taormina.

It was well located in the centre of Taormina, next to where all the shops, bars, and restaurants were. Also my room (407) was of a great size with a large balcony overlooking the square and the sea. The reception and hallway which was situated on the 4th floor was elegant and welcoming.

The room, although large lacked basic features and amenities like a mini fridge, a mini bar, or coffee tray, complimentary water, etc. It also lacked style, as the walls were plain (expected wall paintings at least). Finally, the breakfast was nothing to write home about. It lacked all the usual breakfast elements and food choices. After the first morning I had to go outside the hotel for breakfast

wonderful charismatic hotel

The view from my terrass was fantastic but I had neighbours on both sides and was only divided by a few metal rods. The location was fantastic! Use the exit on the first floor, go down about 30 steps and you are out in Corso Umberto. The main shopping street.

The shower was really small with a showercurtain that attacked you. It clung to your body. If you have a larger bodysize you won't fit.

location was okay but also hard to find at first

mold in the shower, no balcony only window and view to next house, moving floor tiles, dirt on the walls, bad smell in the room, very basic not really delicious breakfast, the tomatoes were really underripe, only little selection - we skipped breakfast the second morning because we were so disappointed

The view from the balcony was excellent. The option to have breakfast in the terrace was very good. Considering it is situated above the main street, there is a simple way to access it.

There is nothing I did not like. It would have been perfect if the room had a mini fridge (but being a 3 star hotel one does not expect one).

Amazing breakfast with variety (adding fresh fruits would make it exceptional), very central area, easy reach from bus station, spacious room, quiet, nice staff

We wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.

The location of the hotel was very near the city centre.

We had lots of negativ experiences with the hotel. The hotel was closed they stated it was not “season” yet but because it was a national holiday during our stay we hardly believe that. Our hotel apartment was more like a gate-house. They didn’t clean the terrace, which was dirty from the rain. They didn’t clean our room and didn’t change our towels which is necessary when one books a hotel room (which we did) and we recieved a so-called appartment with only four towels for a whole week which is just absurd. We did not recieve breakfast and they said that the price didn’t include the breakfast, but on the website it stated otherwise. As a compensation for breakfast they offered to remit the price of the tourist tax which should have been reduced anyways because of the nature of the accomodation and maybe the price of the parking. Later they wanted us to pay for the parking not to mention they wanted us to pay an even bigger sum than the one they said on the day of the arrival and only let it go when we demanded that it said free parking on the website. They gave us a phone number to call in case of something is needed but they refuse to answer neither the call nor the message sent.
