THE TORTUGA HOUSE . . . BEAUTIFULLY FURNISHED AND PET FRIENDLY! Gorgeous upgrades abound! You'll love the SPACIOUS screened porch (20' x 10'), deck (30 ' x 10') with double-sided fireplace opening to living area. You and your family & friends will find this fantastic 5 BR, 4 BA home simply perfect for your Rehoboth Beach vacation at any time of year. Sleeping 12, this LARGE (4,260 sq ft) home is stylishly and comfortably furnished with plenty of room for gathering, dining and playing games together in the spacious family areas or screened porch, while also offering numerous areas for a little alone time . . . reading a book or catching up on your favorite shows on a cloudy day (7 smart TVs, 1 with cable in rec room.) The lower level offers a comfy sectional upon which to watch the 75" Cable TV, a kitchenette, a ping-pong table and a small pool table. If you have to do some work while on vacation, there is a spacious office in the 1st Fl primary bedroom, complete with desks, monitors and printer! BIG Bonus: You don't have to leave your fur baby at home or in a kennel, as this home is dog friendly with a minimum $300 pet fee and addendum! Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. Bonus 2: Owner graciously supplies 2 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits! Bonus 3: Two en-suite BRs with king beds! Bonus 4: An electric car charging station in the garage is available for only $75 per stay! Located in the lovely Grande at Canal Pointe which is a short bike ride (or even walk for some,) to the beaches, boardwalk, restaurants and shops of Rehoboth Beach. After a glorious beach day, there's nothing better than a renewing outdoor shower! Don't feel like venturing out? NEW FOR 2025: Ground level patio to be screened in - Wonderful for evening cocktails and conversation. NO smoking please. 2 Bicycles provided w/addendum(condition not guaranteed). Guests pay a $235 cleaning fee with each stay. Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our 4 generation family however the fact that we couldn’t check in before 3 and HAD to be out by 10 was extremely irritating. Not being able to check in before 3 causes us to get caught up in extremely bad traffic and lose the day. The extended deck was a nice addition and the ping pong table provided hours of entertainment. The basement toilet had a moldy ring around it and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time.

Literally perfect. House is equipped with absolutely everything and is beyond stunning inside and out! Plenty of room for multigenerational family, in laws and furry friends. Best vacation spot from beginning to end.

What a fantastic home! The pictures do not do it justice on the absolute gigantic size of this house. Away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to bike to beach. Great amenities on the grounds if you don't want to venture out for the day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You could tell the house was very new, built in 2023 so it was well equipped with modern devices, lighting, furnishings were immaculate!! Our family is made up of 6 adults & 5 children between the ages of 6 to 13 so there was plenty of space for all. The kids stayed in the lower lever for the most part and thoroughly enjoyed the space. We would recommend installing a large TV in the great room with the fireplace so the adults could gather in this wonderful space and watch their programs. Overall, we'd highly recommend renting this extremely comfortable and spacious property!!

A great house that was actually fully loaded. Can't say enough about how convenient that was. Beach chairs, coolers, bikes. So welcoming. Great quiet community and close to everything. The only downside was the amazing couch downstairs was covered in dog hair. It is a dog friendly home and we had ours but to have the couch with hair all over it wasn't a good experience. I blame the cleaning people, not the owners. Overall, highly recommend!! Thanks for having us!
