Breakfast and lunch buffet were superb; view from the rooftop infinity pool was amazing; great music at poolside bar; beach directly in front of hotel.
Photos are very misleading - seems the majority of rooms haven't been renovated in a very long time, and the photos on Booking.com show only the premium suite bathrooms.

Завтрак и всё в ресторане очень понравилось.
В ресторане на столах нет салфеток. Их нужно искать, так как они находятся не на видном месте. Нет разнообразия детского питания.

Food: Breakfast and dinner were excellent, a great variety of meals. Pizza for dinner is wonderful! I espectially loved the choice of milk for breakfast: soy, almond, oat, lactose free etc. Very nice staff in the restaurants, especially Carmen.
Room: it was clean, comfortable beds.I really loved the water dispenser on each floor - you just take the jug from the room and go to the hallway to fill it. We also asked for a kettle and they brought it to the room, we used it for free.
Beach: the beach is right in front of the hotel. Really wide, with white soft sand. The loungers and umbrellas are for rent right in front of the hotel. The price of one item is 6 euros (so we paid 18 euros for two loungers and an umbrella, quite expensive, in fact). Some jellyfish in the sea, but not too many. We were there in July, and sometimes the wind was strong and the flag on the beach was yellow. A few times even red (but they still allow you to get into the water to at least refresh yourself).
Location: We arrived at Valencia airport, then we went to the railway station (Estacion de nord) by subway (line 3 or 5), 11 stops (around 20 min). The train leaves for Gandia evey half an hour on weekdays, and every hour on weekends (it costs around 6 euros). At the station I bought two tickets which were plastic cards (Renfe cards), which is useful because next time you take the train you can buy tickets in the vending machine by swiping the card and paying with a credit card (there was once a really large queue to the box office, so I just bought the tickets from the vending machine). And keep tickets to the end, because you have to swipe them when leaving the station (the same with the subway). In Gandia the bus stop is on your left when you go out of the station, take bus number 2 (on Google maps the route is a bit different, the bus doesn't go along the beach, it goes on the second parallel street). Taxi stop is in front of railway station, costs 11 euros to get to the hotel.
The main thing that was a bit unpleasant is that the plates, glasses, forks etc. in the restaurant were often dirty. But otherwise the food and service are excellent!
You cannot have your siesta in the daytime because they do cleaning of other rooms and it's really noisy. And also you hear all neighbours' doors open and close, which is loud.
We didn't hear anything from the neighbouring rooms, though, so the walls are rather soundproof, but not the doors.
A few more things I liked (the characters are limited in the 'What did you like' block):
Nice spa (it includes jacuzzi, swimming pool with various massaging water streams, a hot sauna, Turkish hamam, beds with jacuzzi in another pool, and what I liked most - shower with a lot of water streams from all sides, nice massaging effect). Turkish hamam didn't work while we were there, I hope it will be fixed soon.
A nice thing was the welcome juice - every day you get free juice at the reception from 11 till 13.
Also you get free champagne at 20:00 on Fridays at the entrance to the restaurant.
Some evening concerts were really nice (Laura and Kevin - great voices!).
Contact me if you have any questions.

It was a very clean hotel, the food at the buffet was exceptional, big variety and different food every day, good size rooms and the bed and pillows very very comfortable. We paid for the uniq experience it was nice and quiet, but no music till the DJ came at 6pm, only for a couple of hours.
The pool area is full of beds very close to each other I found it a bit crowded and it was very busy at all the time. When is aqua gym time is not space for you to get in, as everyone is doing the activity and the pool is not very big. Night time at the show is very crowded as they let people from outside inside the hotel.

It was a last minute getaway for us and we choose the perfect hotel! The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. A huge thanks to Hugo ( who works on the 6th floor UniQ infinite pool, you must spend some time in that area the view is spectacular. You must be 14+). The hotel common areas, cafeteria, bathrooms, pools are very clean. We stayed in one of the rooms with Panoramic view it was worth the price ( our room number was 306) and we think it was perfect. The a/c in our room was working perfectly. We also included the three meals( many options in all of them). Parking price was reasonable and it was covered.
Thank you for an amazing weekend! We are already talking about returning.
I will give the hotel a 10 instead of a 9 but a few minor issues that they can improve: not ice bucket in the room, the towels for the pool, you need to request them at the front desk (instead of having them around the pool area). We wanted to use the jacuzzi but it was cold apparently not working, the upstairs pool closes at 6pm (during this time, an extra hour would be nice).
Those are minor things that they can improve to make our stayed a 10 stars but overall it was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and big. The hotel is spacious. Staff are nice. Coffee is great, they serve Nespresso. The beach is great and easily accessible from the hotel.
The room is not modern. I had 2 single beds instead of a double bed. My room was next to the elevators with a poor view. Breakfast is ok but not great considering that Spanish food is delicious! There is nothing around except for the beach.

Lovely and clean. Nice staff. comfortable stay
Food could have been more authentic

Location was excellent right on the beach.
Do not cater well for vegetarians or vegans. Young children in the jacuzzi was dangerous and noisy! The spa was under renovation so we were unable to use four out of six day stay even tho hotel told booking.com who failed to mention this at the time of booking. It’s a spa hotel!

Nice view, in front of the beach. Good breakfast but really crowded in the morning and restock of items took a long time
The hotel is nice but overpriced for what it costs in the summer. Nice facilities but the rooms could use a refurbish

Breakfast was plentiful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The secure parking was a bonus. The staff are great.
The only negative was that the fridge in the room didn’t work.

The hotel was perfect. It was next to the beach. Close to the restaurants.
The hotel facilities were perfect. Lovely swimming pool.
Staff were so helpful. Nothing was to much trouble.
I have been fortunate to stay in alot of hotels around the globe and I would say this one is high on my list.
I would not hesitate to stay here again.
Excellent value for money.
I have included a photo in my review of my view from my room.
Stunning
Nothing to complain about.
If I had to find something then it would be there were no sunbeds or parasols on the beach.
This is in no way a fault of the hotel.

As usual all as expected, staff friendly, always cleaning
Nothing, perhaps a little better choice at the bar for snacks in the evening
