There’s an open-air back deck located off of the living room and dining room, as well as a third-story balcony that overlooks the canal and offers tranquil vistas of wetlands, sky, and clouds. The home is on stilts and requires climbing stairs for access. Stairs are to the left side of the 2-car carport. Please note; this home has stairs only, and no elevator. Not handicap accessible. A signed rental agreement, bunk bed waiver and photo ID is required. In the carport & game room area, you will find three beach cruiser bikes with helmets. Two kayaks with life vests ranging in size from medium to 3x are on a rack on the dock. A variety of board games are stored in the dining room sideboard. Enjoy these extra amenities!
