About this house rental

This is a very large open home with a cozy feel to it and lots of eclectic decor. New Hot Tub! It's a short walk to the lake/beaches and it's also close to the slopes for our winter guests! Close to restaurants and bars in Incline, and you don't have to worry about all of the steep hills. House contains all of the amenities you need and you have full access to all rooms & closets.
The space:
This is a one of a kind home! **Please read our Amazing Reviews!** All sorts of upgrades not included in photos (85" 8K TV, 8-person hot tub, Big Ass Fan, Peloton bike and more)!
There are four large bedrooms, a massive open kitchen and living room, an office/workspace, a laundry room, a sprawling backyard, and an 800ft2 garage. Brand new carpets throughout the house.
Bedroom #1 is the Master Bedroom which has a king bed, TV, private bathroom, double sinks and an awesome view of the backyard.
Bedroom #2 has a king bed, TV, tons of closet space and shares a bathroom.
Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, shares a bathroom, and its own private entrance to the back yard.
Bedroom #4 is upstairs, has bunkbeds and a trundle bed, its own private bathroom, and contains lots of fun toys for the kids to play with!
We also have a sofa bed in the private upstairs office that also has its own TV. There is also a large sectional couch in the living room that is the size of a double bed. Make sure to select the specific # of people that will be staying so that we know how to prepare the house.
The Living Room has a new 85" 8K Television and full-surround sound for your viewing and listening pleasure. If you are more active, there is a Peloton stationary bike in the upstairs office for a high-energy and immersive cycling workout (bring your cycling shoes with LOOK Delta cleats).
We have an outdoor grill and patio furniture for you to enjoy, and a brand new hot tub that seats 8. The sprinklers come on at 5AM each day during the summer, but we can manually change this if it interferes with your day.

Guest access:
Only the very back half of the master closet is off-limits to guests (and there is locked owner's closet door marking that no-access area). If you have a large group (more than 6 guests) please note that there is an excess fee of $25 per person per night beyond 6 people. Please let us know the correct number of guests coming so that we can set-up the upstairs office area for sleeping if over 6 people, and so that we can prepare for any Guest Beach Authorization you might desire (to be able to purchase day passes to the three private beaches in Incline Village).
Please do not drink the alcohol in the top two shelves of the wine fridge... unless you plan to replace it with a full bottle, etc! The beer and wine in the main refrigerator is fair game for you to have (if you are 21 and over of course).
Feel free to use whatever food items and condiments that you wish from the refrigerator, freezer, and pantry room (condiments, creamers, spices, etc.)
Furniture and items in closets/cabinets/drawers are accounted for so feel free to utilize but do not take home :-)
The video cameras in the house will be off during your stay. The video camera outside the front door, back door, and in the garage will remain on.
During the Winter, the 3 Private Incline Beaches are open to the Public. During the Spring-Fall seasons, it might be possible to obtain a Special Beach Debit Card to access the 3 private beaches for a fee. If you do not have the town issued Special Debit Card, you cannot enter the private beaches (even for a fee) unless it is the Winter. Please make prior arrangements with us if you plan on accessing the beach, as we will need to see if it is available and then make preparations for you.
Burnt Cedar Beach is the closest private beach (5-minute walk) and there is also a free beach in the town next door (King's Beach) and a free State Beach (Sand Harbor) that only charges for parking.
Other things to note:
We have snow sleds, coolers, an umbrella, chairs, floats, and miscellaneous things for the lake and surrounding area in the garage.
You are welcome to use anything you like as long as you clean it and return it to where it belongs. Beach towels are in the laundry room in the cabinet next to the sink.

The house was clean, had updated kitchen and plenty of bedrooms/ beds for our party. The owner Eric was also very proactive and communicated before and after our trip. I would recommend this property to anyone that wants to enjoy incline!

Wonderful home and property in excellent location on beautiful north shore of Lake Tahoe (Incline Village). Everything was as stated on-line and even better in person when arrived. Eric (host) was exceptional in communication and attention to details for our stay that made the whole experience a "10" on the kids scale. This was our first time to the area in the summer after several visits for skiing in the winter (Northstar, Heavenly, and Diamond Peak). The home is walkable (or drive/park) to pre-arranged "private" beach access and resort-like amenities (w- pool, snack bar grill, and adult beverages for purchase) along with water=sport activities for rent (paddle boarding, kayaking, etc.). Also close to popular boat ramp (at Ski beach) if considering boating activities (rent boat, jet skis etc). Restaurants, grocery shopping near by as well as the Hyatt. But we tended to have dinner in the Chef quality kitchen and watch a couple movies at the home theater. Night-time was very quiet and peaceful with rest assured comfy beds. Overall, we highly recommend Eric's home for families looking for an exceptional place to stay to partake in all that Lake Tahoe has to offer, frankly anytime of year.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The house is spacious and very comfortable. Our dog loved the fenced backyard! We came here looking for some quiet and rest and we found it. The neighborhood is great for taking walks and the house is a short distance down to the lake. The neighbors are very friendly. It was easy to settle in and find our way around Incline Village. The house is close to several different restaurants with lots of options if you don't want to eat in and cook. The owner of the house was very accessible and timely with his communications.

We loved our stay at this Incline property close to the lake! Eric went above and beyond to be responsive and accommodating. The house was clean, spacious, light, airy and had welcoming decor. It has the comforts of home and also feels like a retreat. My family has stayed in Incline multiple times a year for the last several years and would stay here every time going forward should it be available.

Eric was lightning fast in his replies and a pleasure to communicate with. The house had every amenity imaginable, and we loved the live plants, communal layout, cozy couch, gourmet kitchen, and large bedrooms. The location was perfect in a quiet neighborhood being only a 5-minute walk to the beach and a very close drive to the ski resorts (10-minutes to Diamond Peak, 20-minutes to Mt Rose, and 25-minutes to NorthStar). The property had a big wide driveway for us to park multiple vehicles and there were snow sleds available for us to use in the garage (and also beach cruiser bikes that could be used in the Summer). There was also an extra full-sized refrigerator in the garage that was great for us to store a large surprise birthday cake! The kids loved playing in the fenced-in backyard while the adults relaxed in the luxury hot tub (which felt great at 103 degrees). Our pet dog Lucy really liked the backyard as well, and it was very comforting knowing that our host Eric was an animal lover who didn’t charge extra for pets. We had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE at this house and it seems others did too (based on Tyler’s written review below).

This Incline Village Lake Tahoe house was simply amazing. I usually only book VRBO properties with a minimum of 5 excellent reviews and with certified VRBO Premier Hosts, but I noticed this home had amazing ratings (4.98 stars) and awesome reviews (over 150 written reviews) on a different rental booking platform so I decided to book it (the owners must have just added this home to the VRBO platform – and we were very glad they did)! The house itself was even better than it looked in the listing (and the pics in the listing looked great). It was very spacious and provided open common areas to share time together but also maintained separate private living quarters (perfect for 2 or even 3 families). The gourmet kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the pantry was loaded with condiments and seasonings, and we appreciated that there were plenty of extra supplies for those that might make longer term bookings. The family room had a huge comfortable couch where we were able to watch TV on a massive 7-foot television that had the best picture quality we had ever seen. There was an upstairs office area with another big tv, and the kids hooked-up their gaming console to it. There were also plenty of spots for several of us to “work from home” and the WiFi Internet Speed was lightning fast (1 gigabyte download speeds)! The fully fenced-in backyard was great for our dog and there was also a brand new premium hot tub that could easily fit 7 adults. We enjoyed walks around the serene neighborhood and there was a huge driveway for parking multiple vehicles. Eric was a Super Host that provided us recommendations around town, easy check-in instructions, and responded extremely quickly to any questions we had.
I should also say that this home was in a GREAT LOCATION only blocks from the Lake and its beaches, which also meant it was lower elevation without all of the hills and extra snow/ice found at the homes further away from the lake at higher elevation (it is called Incline Village for a reason)! Book this home right now and prepare for a great vacation.
