It was the only hotel open in the ski Village. Because it was not open yet there was no breakfast and dinner available
No food for your guests it’s a little strange

The staff was very welcoming and the room comfy and impeccable. Very central location. Great off season and must be even better in season.
No lift. No breakfast as very quiet and off season. But hotel left me use the communal area to work part of the following day which was very kind.

Love this hotel. Great location, comfy and simple. Lovely staff and good breakfast.
Only downside is its location to Dicks Tea Bar (a nightclub). Can be a bit noisy in the early hours......

Location excellent and moments from the main ski lifts .Pleasant and .professional staff . Good
Ski /snow hire shop directly opposite the hotel with 20% hire discount for hotel guests.
Lots of restaurants and bars within a three minute walk .
Pay more for a superior room and it’s bigger and you get a great view of the mountains as opposed to a town view from the smaller bedrooms .
The bathroom shower etc are clean functional and everything works with plenty of hot water etc but they need to be upgraded but this is reflected in the price of the accommodation .

lovely friendly staff, great sized and comfortable rooms, central location for easy access of the ski lifts and restaurants
the website advertises a bar but it was a bit confusing as there is no actual bar but reception get you your drinks, took us a while to figure this out

very good location

The staff were amazing - genuinely couldn't have been more friendly and helpful if it was a 5* hotel. The breakfasts were great, with a really good selection of hot & cold food, pastries etc. The Rugby was on, and they setup a room with a big TV and a fire, and brought beer and snacks :)
Location was great - <5 min walk to the central lifts, and near bars/apres-ski.
Rooms were a bit small - twin rooms for 2 adults was a bit snug! Need to add more hooks for ski stuff, as really hard to hang things up to dry.

I was really pleased with our superior room, as the standard rooms don't have any storage space, so you end up living out of a suitcase. Well worth paying a bit more for a superior room as you get a separate toilet. Also, the room service was excellent with towels changed every day, and bed sheets too, or every other day. everything was spotlessly clean too and the staff were really keen to be helpful in every way. The breakfast was also impressively good, with excellent scrambled eggs done fresh every morning, along with everything else you'd expect from ham, cheese, yoghurt, pancakes etc.
We were there for a week and didn't have a single problem. I was a bit concerned that there wasn't a bar but later discovered that you could order drinks and have them served in their very comfortable lounge.
