Number 53, brought to you by Cottages On The Coast, is situated close to the centre of Woolacombe. Woolacombe has an award winning beach and is renowned for the excellent surf and stunning coves and beaches along the headland. The village centre is right next to the glorious three mile stretch of golden sandy beach and provides a great selection of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. The village offers all you could need for a fun filled family holiday. For those that like to explore a bit more, then you also have easy access to scenic paths towards Mortehoe and the National Trust headland of Baggy Point.

The address is 53 Chichester Park, Woolacombe. EX34 7BZ. Leave the M5 at Junction 27 (Tiverton turn off) and follow the A361 towards Barnstaple and Braunton. After passing through Braunton proceed for a further 6 miles to Mullacott Cross roundabout. Turn left on to the B3343 and follow signs to Woolacombe. Continue down the hill towards the sea front. As you get closer to the village centre you will see a red brick church on your right. Before you reach the church, there will be a turning on your right sign posted – ‘Springfield Road – leading to Chichester Park’. Turn right into this road. Continue up the hill on Springfield Road, until you reach a fork in the road. Bear to the right here, on to Chichester Park. Follow the road up the hill and take the 2nd right turning. Continue uphill, nearly all the way to the end of the road, where you will see Number 53 located on the right hand side.

Loved our stay at number 53 Chichester Park. The house was ready on arrival and provides fantastic views across Woolacombe bay. Such a treat at any time of day.
The house is a little tired in the kitchen and bathrooms. I wish I had checked beforehand what the coffee machine was as there was no cafetière and i could not find the Tassimo pods in the local supermarkets. Otherwise it was well equipped. We quite enjoyed the hilly walk up to the house but other guests should be mindful it’s very steep!
All in all a fab week, great location, a lovely home.
