I require to have my money back

Honestly nothing special.

I paid extra with shower option but the oriental lady didn't acknowledged and asked for extra money ($20) to use the shower. The Service and her attitude was terrible.

Good place for a long layover at the airport when one wants to get some sleep. It is small, but very smart and has everything for a short stay. The cubicle itself was also very clean and the staff were helpful.

The bathrooms could have been cleaner.

It was a nice suprise. The size of the cabine as expected - the quality of the mattress adn bed linen very good. The system of air condition works very well, keeping the pleasant temperature and fresh air all the time. Free soft drinks and coffee is a nice bonus. Surpisingly quiet.

Of course value of money.. it is expensive. For 8+hrs it is worth to go out to some near airport hotels. Shower for $20...

best to sleep in one of the reclining chairs or pay for an entry on one of the lounges.

Rooms are extremely tiny, no common wash room at all. you need to leave and use the airport washroom if you have to. With its price, youre better off just sleeing in one of the many reclining chairs around the airport. Rooms just fit a bed. thats it.

too expensive. could at least have a common toilet inside the property since its a 'hotel'. you need to go out and use airport facilities since this one does not have any.

Location is perfect. Easily to to find inside the airport. Staffs are nice & very helpful. There some free drinks in the area.

The room very small & tiny. Warning, not for claustrophobic person. The booking. com says the room come with shared bathroom, but actually you have to pay extra US$20/person for 30 minutes for a shower. Very expensive in my opinion. No early check in or late check out. You have to pay another US$20/hour for extra hour.

if you are desperate go there

location in terminal was good. It was also easy to find. Check in was also fast.

the matrasses were very hard and the beeping door sound came up frequently, disrupting my sleep even after I changed room. so there is a major problem and staff can't fix it

not worth the price

They have a coffee machine as well as soft drink dispenser which is a good thing. The staff were very welcoming and were helpful.

Too small for paying and 500 for only 8 hours. You can hear people walking, talking all night. You can hear people from the duty free hall and babies crying

Nothing there to be liked/admired it was very claustrophobic and the price was extravagant for the place

Everything...the place didnt match the description...you had to share the bathrooms and it was very filthy expected to have a clean bathroom when you paying so much!!

I would use it again.

it was easy to find and the staff were really nice. it’s not bad bit could ribose a better Ollie and blanket. the air con was right above my head and the mattress was not that comfortable. besides that I was so happy to have stayed there. if you have a long layover it’s a quiet refuge and worth the money

the mattes and pillow could be better. they should deck it out like a small train sleeper compartment.

- very uncomfortable bedding. It’s basically a recliner chair. Hence not soft and not flat. - strong aircon directed to the head - no proper pillow or blanket. Imagine airplane type - there is constant noise from the outside by staff and other guests - shower is not included, need to pay extra 50 dirhams - price doesn’t correlate to the above issues
