(4) No loud music or any activities that could negatively affect neighbors
(5) Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 8:00AM
(6) Message host if more than two cars are going to be parked on the driveway
(7) Please note we have active recording security cameras on the exterior of the building for security reasons only
