Our hostess even posted a left item for me . Rebecca was amazing .

Easy to find . Great location . Rebecca was very accommodating and helpful . Kitchen available for use & simple breakfast.

Access to regular TV. The staff was not very knowledgeable about how the TV set operated. Did not seem to understand the difference between regular TV and the streaming services they had access to. They need to upgrade their service to include more cable and local TV channels

Lovely!

Rebecca was so sweet and a lovely host :) She even left out homemade muffins and lots of snacks!The property itself was immaculate and felt very homely. Such a comfortable night sleep and lovely facilities. Would recommend for a quiet stay and left feeling recharged. Thank you for such a relaxing stay!

Originally, when we booked a room, we didn't have high expectations, because we didn't try to live in a homestay

Let us be as cosy as at home, the environment is clean and tidy, and the owner is warm and friendly.

Amazing place

Nice lication in quite place, with green garden with flowers. Very beautiful house with friendly stuff. Rooms are clean and cozy, all bathrooms are great, lounge area like in home 🏠 We love atmosphere here, feel ourselves like at home. Rebecca cook for guest fresh muffins for breakfast- it was so nice! Also she provides breakfast with coffee milk cereal. I definitely recommend this place !

Amazing host and perfect place to stay in Hamilton!

I stayed at LB Homestay from Auckland while visiting the University of Waikato for an interview. This was the perfect place to stay and it exceeded all expectations. Rebecca is just the kindest, most thoughtful and welcoming host, and takes beautiful care of the homestay and the grounds. The setting was serene with her lovely garden and the room was well-set up and very neat and clean. Rebecca made muffins for breakfast for guests which were delicious!! And there was fruit and instant noodles, coffee, tea, hot chocolate available all day, as well as a full kitchen to prepare things. I will absolutely book again next time I come down to Hamilton :)

Handy location and extremely clean, I felt very safe.

I could hear chatter at night. One guest decide to take a phone call in the hall way and was talking loudly for over an hour!

Rebecca was great. Had her husband drop us off at FMG stadium and pick us up after game. Very lovely accomodating couple. Highly recommend. Nothing was a problem for her. Definitely be returning

The host was super helpful, and didn't get in my way as I travelled for business. Even though food was not included, but the host was kind enough to offer me free fruit for breakfast after knowing I was in a hurry for a meeting. I would come back again at the next trip.

Clean, comfortable and good value for money with a friendly host

The location was excellent as it was close to the Event Centre at Claudelands where we were attending the darts. The host Rebecca taxied us there as well. Rebecca also cooked us (for a little extra $ but great value for money) a lovely breakfast the next morning which we had pre-arranged. The property is set up to host a number of guests in different (secured) rooms with shared facilities which suited us. We met most of the other guests who were all very friendly.

Very comfortable Stay

Rebecca, the host, was very kind and helpful. The House was very clean and had everything you need.

It is quite a bit away from the city center, for people wihtout a car that don‘t want to walk I recommend the electric scooters.
