Located within a mile of Bideford Quay and 4 miles from Westward Ho! beach, this modern detached house has lovely estuary views, sleeps eight people and a perfect base to discover this amazing region.. Lower Ground Floor:

Living room: (2 Steps), Smart TV, Gas Fire, Patio Doors Leading To Decking

Enclosed lawned rear garden with decked area. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are steps from the decked area down to the lawned garden. . Llamedos is a well-presented, detached house, located in an elevated position on a residential cul-de-sac with four bedrooms. It has a bunk room on the ground floor, and three bedrooms on the lower ground floor, namely a twin, a kingsize (with a TV, door leading out to the garden and a large en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower over) and a double with TV, doors out to the decking and en-suite shower room. On this floor there’s also a family bathroom.
Back upstairs on the ground floor you’ll find a comfortable living room with a Smart TV, a gas feature fire, lovely views, and patio doors leading out to a small decking area at the top of a staircase that leads down to the garden. Adjacent to the living room is a cosy snug where you can sit quietly with a book or have a daytime snooze. There’s a separate dining room and the kitchen has all you’ll need for your stay including a dishwasher, washing machine and even an air fryer.
Outside, the enclosed garden has a decked patio plus a lawn with access via the living room, two bedrooms or side access gate, and parking is available for up to two cars on the drive.
Bideford is the second largest town in North Devon with plenty to see and do with a lovely river front and port. Beaches, such as Westward Ho! and Instow are firm local favourites and are less than 4 miles away, and the Southwest Coastal Path is a must for keen walkers and runners, as is the popular Tarka Trail, which stretches for about.180 miles, which is excellent for walking or cycling, and can be accessed from close to the house, where bikes can also be hired. Swimming, surfing, canoeing and entertainment for all the family plus fishing are all close by, and the for a day with a difference why not take a trip across to Lundy Island? With regular trips from Bideford, you can enjoy the home to England’s first statutory Marine Nature Reserve, due to its unique flora and fauna. Measuring just 3 miles by ¾ mile, this entire island has been designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest.
Westward Ho!, the nearest coastal village, wonderful beaches, an array of seaside amenities including some fascinating curiosity shops and a range of restaurants and cafés, as well as a links golf course. Within easy reach are two popular top attractions, The Big Sheep amusement farm park, and if you fancy some high ropes, wall climbing, surfing or even a spot of coasteering, The Ultimate Adventure Centre is the place to visit! The beaches are a main attraction for many with surfer-friendly Westward Ho! and slightly further afield, award winning Saunton Sands, Woolacombe & Croyde are also a must for your itinerary. Being very close to the A39 Atlantic Highway, the property is conveniently located for day trips to other beautiful places such as Exmoor National Park with stunning dark skies for great star gazing & locations such as Clovelly, Hartland, and North Cornwall.
