Location was fab, close to the Co-op and a few minutes walk from the harbour.
Living room was spacious with a large sofa. The garden was beautiful. Kitchen small but adequate. A starter kit of tea/coffee/buscuits kitchen bits were left for us so a nice touch.
Great to have a porch and a large entrance hall.
The 2 conservatories were hot during the day but weather was barely warm about 16/ 18 degrees but cold at night. Luckily there were only 4 of us and no-one stayed in the conservatory off the bedroom but my daughter, who slept in the conservatory off the living room complained about the temperature. A fan was in the room which helped a bit only but I don't think the conservatories are suitable as bedrooms. Very noisy too when it rained.
The garden fence at the top right of the garden was low, about a meter, whilst other fencing is higher. We had to put garden chairs near the low fence to ensure our dog would not be able to jump to the next garden. There was also a hole on the left corner of the garden which we needed to block off too.
Bathroom and toilet in desperate need of refurbishment.
The main bedroom door is very noisy when opening or closing (I think part of the top needs shaving) which is a problem when going to the toilet at night.
The seagulls are very noisy from early morning, they ensured we could not sleep from early morning.
We enjoyed our stay and for the price we paid it was good but there was only 4 of us and one conservatory was not used.

large enclosed garden, dog friendly ,parking and good sized accommodation
Unable to connect wifi to BT network with password given. Multiple BT networks showed up available although no info as to which was the properties.Tried them all without success
Only one bathroom would not be a a recipe for relaxed stay at full occupancy and shower over bath had no grab rails or anti-slip mat.
