The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, serviced by a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed front patio with furniture and a barbecue, and off-road parking for two cars. This is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.1 miles, the river in 1.2 miles, and the beach in 2 miles. Eventide is a wonderful base for an escape to Devon. Note: There are steps in the garden. Note: This property is unsuitable for those with limited mobility.
