The room would be lovely if there was some maintenance carried out. Paint was peeling off, the windows are single glazed, need replacing, black mould on the inside and the wind came through them when closed

Lovely pub, room very spacious and extremely comfortable. Bath is amazing and the bed was so comfy. It is right in the middle of Beverly so ideal for shopping. The staff were very welcoming and helpful

Great 2 night stay here. Quirky room but a really comfortable bed.
Staff lovely and breakfast fantastic.
Ideal for visits to the pretty city of Beverly.

Staff very friendly & helpful.
Room was boiling hot due to faulty radiators which couldn’t be fixed so was on full blast throughout our stay.

Stayed in the Lionheart suite which was very nicely decorated and welcoming. The room was very clean overall. The bath in the room was fab, could watch tv from the bath.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Only downside was the bath took ages to fill and the tv location, was awkward to watch from bed as it was sideways on.

Comfortable room.
People working there friendly.
Breakfast was good.
Only issue was the little kid above our room who kept running around from 6am! The bigger issue with this is, apparently that child is always there as it’s staff accommodation i was informed! On that basis.. give it a miss!

Stayed for one night, room was spacious, overlooking the market place. Bed was comfortable and large.
Breakfast (extra) was a great start to the day and staff were friendly. There is a small car park at the back of the hotel, we were allowed to stay there after checking out so that we could wander around Beverley town centre the following morning - well worth it if you have time.

Nice hotel and great room…except the noise from the bar kept us up and some drunk guy was yelling in the hallway. The z shower was very weak. All in all everyone tried their best and the hotel is very nice. Maybe it would be quieter if it wasn’t Friday night.

Lovely central location means all the town centre is walkable. Lots of cafes, pubs and restaurants nearby. Room was comfortable with a view of the square. Breakfast was delicious. Staff polite and friendly. I would recommend the hotel BUT when we arrived at the there were about 100 + party goers waiting to go in the disco taking place on the ground floor which we had not been told about. This went on to midnight. I am not sure if this is a regular Saturday night event or just when Beverley Races are on.

I’ve always loved coming here sadly it seems to have gone down hill in the last few years. I hardly
Slept a wink due to the noise coming from the room above I literally heard every movement and the walls are like paper thin. Not the relaxing stat I’d hoped for.

Very friendly staff on check in. Room’s comfortable but maybe a little tired in places. Nice design overall

Enjoyed my 2 night stay, but there is no lift, you have to walk the stairs, however the staff did carry my suitcase for me.

Room was clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful. only issue was car parking. the pub/hotel had a small car park to the rear. cars needed to park in the square that was a pay and display free from 6pm-8am. but was a short stay park.

Could not fault this hotel, staff were very welcoming and friendly

The welcome from the staff was excellent. The room was excellent with great facilities. When we saw ear plugs on the bed side table we were a little concerned. The noise from the pub downstairs at night was ok. However we stayed on a Friday night and they started setting up a market in the square outside our window at 4:20. The people were throwing metal poles onto the car park. There was no way ear plugs would help to drown out the noise which went on for hours. Great hotel just don't stay on a Friday.

The room was nice. Plenty of space. Comfy bed. Good shower. Very noisy at night with singer/DJ in the bar.

Very friendly staff. Our room overlooked the Square at the front. It was reasonably quiet although an alarm was going off from 2.00am. Room was spacious, big kingsize bed. We enjoyed our stay there.

Stopped in Egbert room, plenty of space, comfy bed, only downside a constant humming sound in the bedroom suspect from extraction fans outside, a bit annoying.
On the whole good location and staff friendly.

Excellent friendly service. Stayed in a deluxe double. Well presented decor. Ideal central location. Car park at rear tricky to find and had no spaces but easy public parking a few mins walk behind anyway. Noise from pub below to be expected. Nice rear spacious beer garden.
