Everything - lovely bedroom and bathroom , loved the welcome tray and the access to kitchen with all its wonderful goodies. Easy check in and out.
Couldn't fault anything

Beautiful place. Lovely facilities. Couldn’t recommend it enough. Only downside trying to find parking. Definitely come back
Complicated key code to get in would rather have a code than having to down load an app

The property was perfect. It was spotlessly clean. There was a very well stocked complementary kitchen with everything we needed for breakfast.

We had an exceptional stay at the Townhouse No.1. My second visit to Aber as my Daughter is considering University there. We arrived quite late in the evening and the check in procedure had all been communicated very well with us. Might have been a struggle for anyone not used to downloading apps and using smart phones. The attention to detail with the check in, facilities and cleanliness is just outstanding.
The room was a great size, fresh, very clean and well appointed. The shower was hot and powerful, apparently the BEST shower my daughter has ever had. Bed was extremely comfortable and the room was quiet. The bottle of wine was very welcomed after a long drive. Nespresso coffee machine, water bottles and chocolate were lovely touches. The complementary kitchen was the cherry on the top. Some lovely and thoughtful products which we made good use of. There was bread and toaster, butter and cheeses, cereals, milk and milkshake, water and soft drinks, crisps, fruit, welsh cakes, flap jacks and biscuits. We stayed 2 nights - Fri and Sat. On the Saturday night we went out to get a feel for the town, being a University Town with a third of the residents being students it was quite lively in places but the area surrounding the Townhouse is very quiet, albeit very close to the town, maybe just 10 mins walk to the beach and 20 mins walk to the railway station.
I am hesitant to say there was anything I "didn't like" because that is not the case, but just for transparency - there is no parking on site and we did have to drive up and down the surrounding area a few times before we found somewhere suitable to put the car. That said it was late at night on a Friday and we knew to expect this from reading previous reviews.
Also there was a problem with the key card on the second day of our stay but staff were quickly on site to remedy the situation. The set up they had meant it was easy for us to communicate with them and they dealt with the issue efficiently and were really good fun.

This is without doubt the best accommodation in aberystwyth! The property is lovely, the room was amazing! The complimentary wine and food, both in the room and in the kitchen were fantastic!
If you are planning to visit aberystwyth then look no further!
I probably shouldn't post this, because it will be fully booked when I try to stay again 😁
I wasn't staying longer!

Absolutely LOVED this place! It exceeded our expectations. The whole building has been renovated to a very high standard and is absolutely spotless. Easy, stress-free check in and great communication with info from the owners beforehand, plus a text after we had checked in. A lovely touch was the complementary food and drinks in the kitchen. Soundproof windows so we couldn’t hear a thing outside, also air con was great! We would 100% stay here again, it was brilliant!
Very minor gripe was there was no parking on the street outside, but we parked with no issues in the car park around 100m or so away.

Was an amazing stay, lovely rooms, very clean, spacious, great location, and little added gestures to the room was very thoughtful. The kitchen was amazing with loads of food for breakfast very well thought out and so thoughtful and kind. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. The owner was so lovely and kind. Checking in was straight forward and easy. 10/10 will be staying again! 😁

Large room. Very comfortable.
TV channels were slow to respond -assume wifi signal was poor. But too expensive for what it is/where it is.

The Harbour double room.
So very impressed with this accommodation!
Having stayed in various hotels, apartments and b&b’s in Aberystwyth, I can honestly say this is by far the best and such good value for money. The owner has thought of everything to make this place comfortable and convenient.
The room is stylish, luxurious and immaculately clean. A set of comfortable chairs and bistro table were located at the French doors, looking out onto the well kept patio outside.
There is air conditioning and a heating smart box, which was perfect as I like the room cold through the night and warm during the day.
A bottle of red wine was waiting for my arrival, along with sparkling and still water, fully stocked tea and coffee, as well as a nespresso machine and a variety of capsules.
Once I arrived I received a welcome message advising that there was a shared kitchen which was fully stocked with cereals, fresh bread, fresh fruit, milk, fruit juice, yoghurts, snacks and soft drinks - all of which were complimentary! No detail was spared.
The bed was so comfortable and I slept wonderfully. The bathroom has a powerful shower and double sinks, with complimentary luxury shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
Even though there were other guests next door and above I heard nothing at all throughout my stay.
On my departure I met the housekeeping staff who were checking and restocking the kitchen, they were so welcoming and friendly.
I will definitely return on my next visit, hopefully for a few more nights.
Thank you Donna and staff. What a wonderful place you have!
Absolutely nothing.

This boutique hotel is, in my opinion, outstanding.
The owners and staff have gone to extremes to make it welcoming and comfortable and they have certainly managed to do that.
The extras provided are amazing and I have already booked my next stay.
I won't stay anywhere else when I visit Aberystwyth, nowhere compares.
I didn't like leaving !!! I could have stayed longer.

The Townhouse was immaculate! Fresh, spotlessly clean and new. The small touches were very much appreciated. Fresh milk, bread and a range of items to make our stay memorable. We all had a lovely time.
Not a thing.

Me and my Partner got to aberyswyth from Shrewsbury on arrival we phoned up to get checked in and the lady on the other end of the line was so helpful. The room was immaculate and really worth the money. Also there was a kitchen fully loaded, which was all complementary. We are late sleepers so asked if we could have a later check out but unfortunately they were fully booked for the day ahead but the owner gave us an extra hour which we were grateful for! Would 100% recommend this absolutely unreal place to stay.

Fantastic accommodation within walking distance of all points of interest in town; comfortable rooms with amenities; wonderful complimentary kitchen with breakfast and snacks - would definitely stay again!
Nothing to fault, it was great. The only issue I had involved getting into the room upon arrival as the mobile keycard didn’t work at first but the team was able to sort it remotely straight away.

Cleanliness and spaciousness of room and service areas.
Had a problem with entrance to property from the outside as door didn't seem to respond to code but another guest helped us enter as he was returning to the house at the same time. No problem getting into our room once inside the building.
