About this house rental

Enjoy all that Monterey Peninsula has to offer while staying at our brand new home! Located on a quiet street in upper Seaside just minutes away from all the Monterey Peninsula has to offer. Perfect for families, couples, work stays or a getaway! Plenty of sunshine year round, this comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath home has a fully stocked kitchen. The home has all new furnishings and linens! All three rooms have flat screen T.V.s with cable and have access to our wifi network. The home has a two car garage and can fit two cars in driveway. The backyard is private and fenced with seating and BBQ, hot tub and ping pong!

For your protection and ours we have a security system on the property with two cameras on the front of the home. Nextdoor, we have an ADU, which is completely separate.
I will be available to answer any question you may have while staying at our property. Just 4 houses away is a very small park.

My husband and I are both are lifetime residents of Monterey and want you to enjoy this piece of paradise that we call home!

Before you arrive you will be given a code to enter the property with a keyless entry.
City of Seaside has approved our home for Short Term Real and we have a business license for this property.

Our group of 5 adults loved staying here for an extended weekend. The house was one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in and the ample linens, bathroom products, and stocked kitchen were great. It was spacious enough we were comfortable to spread out and relax in the bedrooms, while also coming to together to hang out and play games in the living room. Briana was super responsive and gave a nice recommendation about seeing local sea lions, which we added to our day and enjoyed. Would highly recommend as an option in Monterey/Carmel!

We stayed for 5 days and found this home to be the perfect location to Monterey and Carmel. Close to restaurants and shops. The home furnishings and appliances all appear to be new and modern. Front yard and back yard provided chairs in the shade or the sun. Nice large hot tub, but we didn't get time to use it. We did use the BBQ provided. Quiet neighborhood with easy parking in the driveway. We will definitely be back.

Briana’s house was absolutely spectacular! With my family that includes two littles ones, we couldn’t have found a better family friendly house to stay! Briana had all the amenities needed for little ones including toys! The toys must have been their favorite part of the house. We walked to the parks down the street and my kids loved swimming in the hot tub and playing in the backyard. We were very pleased with our stay and Briana was an excellent host! Thank you again! This place really made our vacation in Monterey wonderful!

Briana's house was simply awesome :) The perfect location for us to explore the peninsula, and it was stocked full with everything you will need!y children loved this house, and looked forward to going back each day to play and hang out outside:) The ping pong, darts, and close park were extra perks ;). Briana was so easy to communicate with, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We highly recommend staying here!

Amazing property with lots of toys and space for kids to play in. Very clean and I love that the home has upgraded appliances and amenities. We had so much fun at the aquarium. The host has member passes that they offer to guests who stay. Having the passes made for an easy and fast checkin to the aquarium. I highly recommend staying here for your next visit!

We stayed here for an event at Laguna Seca. It was extremely convenient for getting to the track as well as nearby restaurants in Monterey and Carmel by the Sea. The house itself was very clean and very nicely done. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice, clean place to stay in the Monterey area.

We had an amazing stay at this property near the beach! The place was fantastic, and we could tell it had been recently renovated. It had all the bells and whistles we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hosts were fantastic with their communication, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. One of the best surprises was the complimentary passes to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. It added a special touch to our trip and allowed us to explore more during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beachside getaway. Thank you to the hosts for providing such a fantastic vacation spot!

The house was a great place to stay to visit Monterey. It was an easy drive to all of the sight seeing attractions. The aquarium passes were awesome. We were able to enter the aquarium 30 min before general opening and bypass the long line. The house was well outfitted including wireless chargers in every room. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is as advertised, clean, new, easy to find, great location. We were staying in California to clean out my brother's apartment who had recently passed. The home gave us a better time to relax and chat as compared to a hotel, not to mention less expensive. Briana was responsive to any text I sent her. It is a great place in a nice neighborhood. We are grateful to VRBO and her for our stay in sad circumstances.

This is such a lovely home! We feel so honored to be the firsts guests. Photos are accurate and the owner was so nice and helpful before, during, and after our stay. The home is decorated nicely and has all of the amenities that you need (and a few things you might have forgotten!). The kitchen is fully stocked and quite comfortable to cook in - the gas range is amazing. We didn’t bring much with us, so it was great to unpack our clothes and immediately relax knowing that the home had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and we slept soundly. It was a great place to stay and quite frankly, one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in. We cannot wait to book our stay here again soon!
