Great transit hotel.

Comfortable bed. Great shower. Great breakfast. Free shuttle to and from airport. Friendly reception and manager.

Traffic noise. Lack of dining options close by.

Worth a short stay

Spacious room, quite clean, and the room was quiet. The hotel staff were responsive and helpful.

Clean and comfortable

The branding of the hotel was fun, bright, contemporary and fun

It is right next to the runway, so if you are very noise sensitive, this isn’t the place for you. We didn’t notice it at all when we went to sleep.

The airport shuttle service was not the most reliable (we had to wait 45 minutes for them to show up).

Great stay

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff are helpful. We enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere of the lobby. Our son enjoyed the shuffle board and foosball tables. The airport shuttle was handy.

Having to call the shuttle from the airport, as a traveller I don't have a phone and had to ask a stranger to use theirs. Is there a courtesy phone somewhere?

The hotel and its staff inside the building are amazing and have us the best time we could have as a young family!

Outstanding friendliness and customer-oriented service by the hotel staff - front desk, management, cleaning team - that made sure we had a comfortable and pleasant time traveling with our very young toddler.

The staff at the shuttle service acted the complete opposite of the staff inside the hotel building. Four male adults just looked at us as we tried to handle all the luggage and our little toddler. As we seemed to act too slow (no wonder with nobody helping us storing the luggage inside the vehicle), they started pushing us to hurry. Not helping us, no friendly word plus an insane run of a drive to the airport. Worst customer-service.

modern, really comfy bed, great breakfast at great price.

Fab room, definitely ultra modern/Euro chic. Lots of room, wall plugs and hanging space. Fab bathroom with huge walk in shower with grab bar. Large print on shower gel, shampoo and conditioner bottles so you don’t have to wear glasses to see what they are. Great complimentary breakfast with fresh fruit and assorted joghurts, good tasting scrambled eggs and although not my thing a waffle maker. This is great for kids or North Americans. Even had porridge.

The only thing that you could improve on is the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner bottles. Although I loved them I could not squeeze them hard enough with one hand to get the liquids to come out. Very difficult for older people or people with arthritic hands.

It was the typical breakfast. Location was ok, but not a lot of things within walking distance. Hotel was great and served the purpose of an overnight stay.

Breakfast was good, but the lines for having breakfast were so long that the server couldn't keep the food trays filled up fast enough so we, (and many others) could not get what we wanted to have for breakfast.

A reasonably priced stay in a clean, comfortable room close to the airport.

Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shuttle from airport was good. Bed was comfy, and everything was clean. Liked the provided shampoo etc.

Location: well, the scenery around there is unattractive, but that's not the hotel's fault. Better soundproofing would certainly be helpful: we could hear a lot from the room next door.

good airport stay but noisy until airport closes

Close to airport though still a 10+ min drive. Comfortable room, good use of space and storage. quick check-in.

Very close to a runway so airport noise until about 1130 PM Very crowded for breakfast. Lounge is a noisy area as play area for kids and teens is integrated.

Quite close to the airport if you are arriving late like we did

The transfer shuttle from Pearson took longer than we expected. The hotel is on the perimeter fence but it seemed to go the long way around in both directions.

It was not as impressive as most of the reviews say.

Breakfast was okay, not as fancy as most of the reviews indicated. No bananas; but plenty of apples, oranges available to enjoy. Scramble eggs somehow dry; sausages patties okay; yugorts okay. Seating areas are open and interesting.

The WiFi connection to Hilton Honors network didn't work. We arrived late around 1 AM and didn't have time to sort out issues. We could hear loud sounds from the airplanes flying by. Our room's washing gels ran out. There weren't any spare toilet paper. It gave me an impression that the housekeeping stafff are not diligently checking their supplies be available to the room (214) guests. The front desk didn't take time to look at my air flight reservation when I showed him to make reservation to take the Hotel shuttle bus to our airport. He just asked which airline? I said "Air Canada". Then he said, all Air Canada flights go to the Terminal 1. Unfortunately our Air Canada flights start from YTZ, not YYZ! Had he noticed the difference, it would save us a big mistake. Yes, the error was on us.

I'd totally stay here again.

We were able to use the free shuttle from the airport for my husband. We were also able to print off school work for my daughter for free using their printer. The games in the main room were a real plus.

One staff member was a bit 'stand-off-ish' when I was requesting a ball for the Foosball table. I didn't realize there was a ball already at the table (there was a sign to ask for a ball from the front desk- so I asked).

Very great stay. Just a little noisy and my friend had trouble to sleep.

Metal cutlery would be great... wooden one have to be composted and they were just thrown in the garbage. How hard would it be to have them washed.
