About this apartment rental
Location, location, location! Welcome to your ideal island getaway. Surfing, swimming, white sand beaches, and stunning year-round sunsets are just outside your door. Located on arguably one of the best stretches of beach on the North Shore (nicknamed the "7-mile miracle"), step outside and watch the barreling waves at Ehukai and Pipeline (seasonal). With numerous other famous surf breaks just a short walk/bike ride away, including Backdoor, Rocky Point, Sunset Beach, and Waimea, we welcome you to come and stay in the heart of the north shore! This one bedroom upstairs unit is attached to the main home but has its own entrance for maximum privacy. We offer ocean views, a private lanai, outside shower, kitchenette, bbq, and more for total comfortability! With a laidback and classic island vibe, we encourage you to kick off your shoes and enjoy the country lifestyle.
In the summertime (when waves tend to be the smallest), snorkel and swim out front or just enjoy your day basking on our gorgeous, white sand beach. During the winter, stay and watch the surfers from the deck, and catch a glimpse of the passing whales! Depending upon the waves, the size of the beach out front and the surrounding area may fluctuate. Conveniently located, Historic Haleiwa Town is a short 7 mile drive, while Turtle Bay Resort and its numerous restaurants and activities (including golfing, horseback riding, helicopter tours, spa services, etc). is only 4 miles in the opposite direction. Other nearby activities include snorkeling/diving, hiking, surf lessons, dive adventures, ziplining, sky diving, ATV tours, etc. Enjoy strolling our bike path, which stretches for 3.5 shady, lush miles and connects a handful of famous beaches, and leads to several local's-favorite food trucks, the ever-popular Ted's Bakery, and Foodland (our local grocery store).
Please note - the front beachside yard is considered a part of the main home and therefore not to be used by renters of this guest suite unless otherwise specified. You are more than welcome to cross through to access the beach (shown in the photos), but we ask that you do not hang out in front yard/use the yard furniture unless given permission by occupants of the main home.
** Absolutely no parties, gatherings or weddings. This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive days or more at any one time. Questions? Please contact us. **

This was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in while traveling, it was so well stocked all we needed was a grocery store trip and we felt we had every comfort of home here. Amazing if you’re traveling with young kids, the walk in closet was spacious enough for a pack n play and had AC, was nice and dark, and had outlets. Really doesn’t get any better for traveling with littles. As advertised it’s right on the beach and a short drive to kid safe wading beach spots. The boat is very kind and has great travel tips. Honestly, book this place, it’s amazing.

The location was perfect. It has everything you need close by and then some. Just ask and they will respond quickly to you. My family came to stay for 10 days and we loved it. The privacy of the beach was just incredible. We cooked our meals and then ran back out to the beach, my kids were in heaven. I have never had such an easy enjoyable vacation with my family and I would come back to stay again.

I will start w/ the good. Location is fabulous &literally is steps from the beach. Now the bad-when we walk in we find a woman's blouse from a previous customer in the middle of the living room which begs the question did anyone clean this room before us? Next, the couch was filthy & we didn't want to sit on it the way it was. We had to go buy blankets not only for the sofa but for the main bedroom. When we started to unpack, my wife did an inspection of the bed & found 2 pubic hairs on it & at that point refused to sleep on the bed. The comforter smelled dirty so, we had to buy sheets & a comforter & remade the entire bed on our 1st day. Then we found wet towels in the washer when we got there & had to dry them since we didn't know how long they were sitting there but they smelled moldy for sure. So our 1st day, we were basically the cleaning crew - making up the bed, picking up clothes from the previous guest, covering the nasty sofa & doing laundry from the previous guest. All of this is secondary to the main problem with this unit- it has an infestation problem! My wife woke up & used the coffee maker to make a cup of coffee. On her second cup that she made she found a dead insect in the damn coffee maker that was definitely there on her 1st cup-which drove her to vomit. Next, I ran into several roaches that we had to kill during the stay. I grew up w/ roaches/rats so it wasn't a big deal to me but my wife? Not so much. Overall for what we paid (2.8K) - EXTREMELY UNHAPPY!

Our family had a wonderful vacation here. It was the perfect location, close to everything and right on the beach. Debby was an amazing host while Bob was away. She was so kind, made sure we had all we needed, and on top of everything. We can’t wait to visit again, and highly recommend staying here. Many thanks, Mahalo!!

I don't want it to get too booked for next time we are on island. Felt like old Hawaii...What a gem of a place. It was the perfect place for us steps to the sand! The owner was friendly and warm. He offered beach chairs etc but also gave us our privacy...like I said perfect for us. We were pleasantly surprised on how spacious the unit is. My husband, daughter, her fiance' and adult son all fit just fine. We used the walk in closet as a vanity area to get dressed while taking turns to shower. We all worked remotely on our downtime and internet was great. Place is stocked with supplies dishes, mugs, coffee maker, linens, towels. People would leave items like sunscreen, toothpaste, lotion, shampoo etc for the next family. We left stuff as well. Enjoy & Aloha

Great beach access and location. Nice amenities. Although it was private, it did have a locked stairwell between the first and second floor.

We recently had an extraordinary stay at a beachfront guest house on the North Shore of Oahu, specifically at Pipeline. Nestled in a truly picturesque location, the guest house offered breathtaking views of the turquoise waters and the world-famous Pipeline surf break. Our host, Bob, made our experience even more remarkable with his exceptional hospitality. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel like cherished friends, providing us with valuable recommendations and ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfection. We wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem to anyone seeking an unforgettable getaway on the North Shore of Oahu.

I came to Hawaii for my youngest daughters wedding and chose here to stay for the week long trip. The house is an attached apartment/beach house that is tucked away upstairs from the main house. It is just steps away from a beautiful private beach and the homeowner Bob is one of the kindest individuals I have ever met. I am a recent widow so I was traveling with my best friend and my oldest daughter and her husband. The house has one bedroom with a king sized bed, and in the living room there is a couch that can be pulled out as a bed and a queen sized bed as well. It is fully equipped with everything but a stove but a plug in two burner stove is provided. You have everything you need right at your fingertips. Bob made us feel welcomed from the first time we met and and honestly felt like family. I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. I am already working on my financial planning to be able to come back! Hawaii is by far the most beautiful place I have ever been to.

North shore is a special place and having the ability to stay in a proper beach house with views overlooking Pipeline and Gas Chambers for all the surfers out there was a treat. The property had everything you would expect as well as parking which was super helpful! Would definitely stay here again!
