First off, Thai is AMAZING! Very accommodating when we had some last minute change requests and super easy to contact and communicate with throughout our stay! The house itself is beautiful with a ton of space! We actually had 8 adults and 8 children staying here and we’re never worried about the space (we brought an air mattress or two to subsidize the sleeping we needed!). The lake is amazing and provided a ton of fun for both adults and kids alike! The weather was beautiful so we literally spent everyday out on the lake using the paddle boards, kayaks, and canoes. The kids also loved the outdoor cinema created on the deck in the evenings!!! It was an absolute perfect trip!! Thank you Thai!!!!!! We will be back!

Thai's home on Lake Desire was wonderful! The view from both the deck & the dock are fantastic. Thai was extremely thoughtful, accommodating, and quick to respond to texts. We even arrived to a "Congrats UW Grad" cake in the fridge, as Thai knew we were celebrating a graduation. We really appreciated the waffle maker in the mornings, and made great use of the home's paddle boards, kayaks, and fire pits. All around a great stay and great host!

We recently stayed at the Lake House on Lake Desire. It is a beautiful house with an Amazing view. Our host Thai made our visit extremely special. It was a couple of generations coming together that serve or has served in the military and are in different parts of the country. Thai provided everything that we needed. They even had extras just in case you forgot something. We didn’t have to worry about anything during our trip. I highly recommend staying with Thai again. Sincerely, Bonnie Tharp

My wife and our two kids and I had an amazing trip, staying at this wonderful rental house on a beautiful lake near Seattle. The house was the perfect combination of clean and comfortable for the whole family. My youngest loved the lowest level room and didn’t want to ever leave. Quiet and cool even though we were having a heat wave.

There are so many things that I loved about our stay! The location was beautiful, quiet and magical. Magical as there were nothing but clouds and a little rain on our drive up. When we got to the home, blue sky and sun around the lake. Our granddaughter experienced her first kayak adventure and played her first game of Candyland! (She his only 2 so ignore the recommendation for 3 and up.)
Thai was wonderful. There were lots of surprises in the kitchen and refrigerator for us. We are hooked and will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at the lake house. The view off the back porch is beautiful and the surrounding area was nice with multiple hiking trails. Thai was an over the top host and provided many extras. He was also very prompt in responding to my inquires. We would definitely stay here again!!

Six high school friends had a great time catching up at this house. It was well stocked and the host went above and beyond to ensure we had all we needed and that we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend staying at this house.

Thai was an awesome host. He was very easy to communicate with and was extremely accommodating with multiple requests to accommodate our family needs. He was very quick in response and always asked if we needed anything else and if we were doing ok. He truly went above and beyond. My family can’t stop saying how much they’ve enjoyed our stay. We surely will be staying again the next time we have another family vacation. The house was on POINT!!! Extremely clean and stocked with amenities. Mahalo Thai!!!

Thai was an awesome host. Very attentive. We were greeted with snacks, capri sun juices, wine and a beautiful bowl of cherries upon arrival. The lake was clean without many algea blooms. We went in August and the water was warm and clear. We picked up a few containers of worms at Walmart which was only 15 min away and my son alon caught 70 fish in three days! There are plenty of paddleboards and kayaks and clean/dry "in-perfect-condition" life vests for kids ages 1 up to adult sizes for everyone. The only thing I suggest is putting the fin on the bottom on the paddleboards as they are much easier to manage/steer with the fin. There is a beautiful view of Mt. Ranier on a clear day and trails that are walkable from the house.
Close to food stores and only a half hour from Seattle. It's super quiet and private.
The house -- Please note that there is no air conditioning in some of the rooms. It happened to be very hot the first day we got there and could not use one of the rooms upstairs. While the decor of the house was super cute, I wish there had been a larger and more comfortable couch. There wasn't much room for three adults and two kids and that was the only common area for us to hang and play games. The glass table was a little tough for the little ones. The washer and dryer were current and I was so grateful to do laundry. There was laudry detergent too! One suggestion is to purchase outdoor plates and cups especially for the kids usage.

We are very happy to stay at this property. Plenty of room for our large family of 8 people. Owner left us fresh cherries and a bottle of wine. The house is stocked with plenty of snacks. We felt very comfortable. The kids were out kayaking / canoeing on the lake almost every day. Highly recommend this house for its lake access and exceptional hospitality from the owners.

Great stay after our Alaskan cruise. Our host, Thai has been very accommodating with our requests. The view at the lake house was gorgeous. We sat on the porch enjoying the view and the weather. (We are from Texas and you know how hot it is,) Our family had fun kayaking and fishing. We definitely recommend anyone to stay there.

We loved the convenience to Seattle and other area destinations while also being able to lounge and relax in this lovely lake house. The lake was a hit with our teens especially! And, it made sense to us to have such great outdoor space in an area where the outdoors are the draw. Furthermore, our host, Thai, provided snacks and drinks, including wine, and check ins to see if we needed anything. When we booked and had questions about whether air conditioning is needed in July, Thai promised to provide portable AC units and delivered on this! We would definitely return to this house.

I went often to Seattle, staying in downtown hotels and this time, coming with husband and kids I wanted a house close to a lake. This one was incredible ! The owners are extremely kind and make you feel really like at home.
It is perfect for family, plenty of games for the kids, some boats (with life jackets) to enjoy the lake.
I highly recommand ! Thanks again !!

🌟🏡 Perfect Family Retreat by the Lake! 🚣♀️
We had a great stay at this incredible property in a serene Seattle suburb! As a family of 5 with young kids, we were looking for a family-friendly place for our trip. This home exceeded our expectations! The moment we arrived, we were greeted by a meticulously maintained property. The attention to detail was evident, creating an inviting atmosphere making us feel right at home. The fridge was even stocked with refreshing drinks, a gesture we truly appreciated. The highlight for our kids was the access to kayaks, canoes, & life vests. They had a blast exploring the tranquil lake right from the backyard. Unforgettable memories! The spacious backyard, with a swing set, was a haven for our little ones. They happily played while we relaxed on the patio, soaking in the peaceful surroundings. The location was ideal, providing the best of both worlds. The secluded vibe struck the perfect balance between privacy & convenience, offering a serene escape. Quick access (30 – 45 min) to several city attractions. We had an unforgettable experience, & highly recommend this property. Whether you're planning a family vacation or rejuvenating retreat, this home is perfect. We left with cherished memories & a strong desire to return in the future. The owners were responsive & went above & beyond to ensure our comfort. Thanks Thai for creating such a haven & exceptional hospitality. Our stay was nothing short of perfect; can't wait to visit again!

We had a superb visit with perfect weather at the Lakehouse. Wonderful outdoor spaces to relax on the large porch, play Bags (cornhole), toss the frisbee and kick the soccer ball. 4 Kayaks, 2 Paddle Boards and a canoe allowed everyone to explore, fish and swim in Lake Desire. Wonderfully quiet. (No jet skis or motor boats.) Thai was very helpful and accommodating and very easy to reach.

I stayed here with my husband and 2 young children (5 and almost 3). The property is in a nice neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac. The yard is fenced in which was great for the kids to run around. The property has a lovely view of the lake. The house has a few different bedrooms that would accommodate various sleeping arrangements. It was clean and well-kept. Thai was a very attentive host and kept in communication with us to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. Would stay again!

Exceptionally clean house. Zoned heating, beautiful lake views. Large Deck, BBQ, large yard. Wonderful boathouse stocked with fun and a nice dock with a bench at the end. No city or car noise- VERY QUIET!!! Comfortable beds and linen. What a hidden gem.
Welcome basket and clear directions and communications with owner. The owner made clear were available for anything.
Pictures accurate. So relaxing.
Easy access to shopping, local restaurants, and to airport/highways.
Communication with the owner was exceptional, but communication with Evolve was a little less so. The owner stepped in to clear up Evolve miscommunications....Wonderful. Evolve I would give a lower star review, but the owners and home deserve for sure 5+ stars.

This property is very quiet, peaceful, exceptionally clean, and has all amenities (and more). We only used two of the 4 bedrooms, and both were lovely. The owners had amazing communication and were clearly available for absolutely any need and ensured our stay was perfect. Enjoyed the welcome basket too!
The big deck/ yard was as pictured, boat house was stocked with fun lake things (all listed in the listing). Just can't say enough about the property. Easy access. NO CAR/CITY NOISES at all. Good heat if needed, zoned.

This property was a real nice place to stay on the lake. The lake was great, but the best part was the customer service from the owner. He was super attentive and very communicative. He let us check in early and check out late and ensured we have a bottle of champagne, water, and snacks waiting for us upon our arrival. Wish they were all like him

Our group loved this location. The host was friendly, proactive, and responsive via text.
With lots of room, our group was able to spread out and relax, despite us having 10 people. Everything was clean upon arrival. Checkin / checkout was a breeze.
The lake was beautiful, with warm water and not too many bugs. The kayaks were a lovely treat.

This house is fantastic, better than the pictures! The dock to the lake, the paddle boards, the life jackets, the kayaks, and the paddles are all new and extremely clean. The owners respond to any question immediately. The beds are comfy and there are plenty of nice places to sleep and relax.

We had the best time at the Lake House! When I first opened the door I thought, "the pictures just didn't do this place justice!" The property manager made everything seamless (and also let us check in early). The yard and the lake were gorgeous. Having a canoe, paddleboards, and kayaks on the property were so convenient, not to mention in perfect working order. The toddler in our party enjoyed -- well, everything -- the swings and slide, and we loved knowing that he was safe to play in the yard thanks to the fences. There was ample room for five adults and one toddler. I almost forgot to mention how much we appreciated having so many towels (and how beautifully they were presented), extra toilet paper and paper towels. All the appliances worked without a hitch, including the grill. We would recommend staying here to all of our friends and family. Thanks for a beautiful weekend!

Myself and my family had a wonderful time at this Lake House. It was accommodating for all of us, for the younger ones to the older family members and It was definitely a bonus to have the kayaks, paddleboards and canoe, fishing rods and games for us to play.
The hosts Thai and Hanh went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We were presently surprised with snacks and drinks on our arrival. They made sure we were always stocked/ plenty of towels, all the basic supplies and made sure we never ran out of bottle water. The house was very clean with fresh linens.
Location was private away from all the traffic but an easy commute into the city to see all the major attractions like the Space Needle.
Would definitely recommend this vacation rental and really appreciated the attentiveness of the host.

One of the best rentals I've stayed at to date. This home is just as beautiful as the pictures, if not more so. The backyard and its access to the lake is the best feature of this property. We were able to kayak and fish which was relaxing and wonderful after spending a long day visiting Seattle and Bellevue. Another great aspect of the home. It's only 25-30 minutes away from either city. A lot of other rentals in the area were smaller, more expensive, or didn't have any features that made them worth staying at.
The home is stocked with several kayaks, a canoe, paddle board and an abundance of life jackets. I hadn't thought parking was going to be a plus, but this property has a large private parking area down a fairly private road. Our family brought five cars out of six allowed and it was still very spacious parking.
Thai - the property manager/owner was extremely attentive to our needs and requests. He catered our care package uniquely and prepped the house prior to our arrival. When we requested an additional day to our stay he was able to block out the day and give us direct contact to the booking services. He also left fishing poles when we inquired about recreational fishing.
I would like to mention this is an older renovated wood built home, and although this is part of the cute charm of the home it hasn't been retrofitted with central climate control. We went during a cool summer weekend, so we didn't need the wood stove, heaters or fans that were provided. Be mindful if you book during the dead of winter or during a heat wave as we can not give full input on how the home handles, but with a great host like Thai you can be certain he will try to accommodate you.
To summarize, Yes, we would 100% be renting here again without hesitation and, Yes, I would recommend this home to any who wish to stay at a reasonably priced gem of a getaway home near the city of Seattle and Bellevue.

This home itself was able to fit four couples in our family comfortably, with most rooms giving adequate privacy even with additional singles. I would like to mention this is an older renovated wood built home, and although this is part of the cute charm of the home the noise can be somewhat transparent throughout the home. This wasn't a problem for us since our family has small children (We expect noise). Again this home is older built, and it hasn't been retrofitted with central climate control. We love this place! My kids loved all the cool rooms and the games available. The view and the space itself was relaxing and perfect for our little getaway. It is very homey (cozy) but spacious.
The hosts are very accommodating and responsive to our requests and we are extremely grateful for that. Amenities were a short drive away.
We look forward to our next stay!
