Welcome to Apartment 116, a two story apartment with a total of eight units. This is a 2 bedroom unit on the second floor, around 700 sqft.
•Unbeatable location; central to everywhere (6 mins to Valley Medical Center, 15 mins to SeaTac, 20 mins to DT Bellevue, 30 mins to DT Seattle )
•Bus stop right in front to Westfield Southcenter Mall
•Restaurants, coffee, shopping within walking distance

•The apartment complex is along 116th Ave SE which is a main road with traffic.
•This unit is on the 2nd floor with no elevator and guests should be comfortable with stairs. There will be neighbors below, please be considerate of the people downstairs; no running, stomping and loud music.
**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. Please select the pet fee as an “add-on” option at the point of check out.
**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
