Para visitar la ciudad

La atención del personal es muy buena, nos apoyaron con el traslado al aeropuerto y apoyan en lo que necesites. La ubicación es ideal para disfrutar de la ciudad La habitación muy amplia Las almohadas y colchón muy cómodos

Habitación sin ventanas, ligero olor a humedad y el aire acondicionado da de lleno sobre una de las camas, se echa de menos una silla y mesa auxiliar

En general el hotel es agradable , muy céntrico , si lo recomiendo

Muy céntrico , muy limpio , excelente atención del personal, ambiente agradable , al entrar huele muy bien , la caja fuerte , el area para desayunar muy bonita , balconcito hacia la calle .

Tv pequeña, aire acondicionado tal vez deficiente pues nos dio calor , poca iluminación en el cuarto ( focos son de adorno) escalera muy larga para el piso superior ( no apto para personas con problemas de movimiento )

This hotel has a great feel, with an inner courtyard to enjoy breakfast and drinks. Its in a great spot with an easy walk to all the sights. Plenty of bottled water is provided (seems a small thing but not all hotels in Mexico do and it makes a difference).

Great location, the staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Bathrooms were small - clean and fully functional, but small. Wifi signal in the rooms was spotty although it was great in the common area.

Not a bad hotel, but you can get unlucky with your room. Noisy from the foyer in the mornings.

The location here is great, right in the heart of Oaxaca city. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are nice and open, with good facilities. Air con was good.

We booked a balcony room and initially were put in a room with two beds, which made sense when we realised that the beds individually were too small for two adults to sleep in. The room also had no balcony, and no windows. After mentioning this, we were put in a better room with a balcony, but I feel this should have been honoured from the beginning, as we had specifically booked that. The foyer downstairs is echoey and loud from 7am onwards, meaning you can hear all the breakfast noise from early on. They also charged us for bottles of water in the room, despite no sign warning you of this!

Nice hotel with excellent location and helpful staff. Hot water fine

Breakfast was included and the fresh fruit with yoghurt good. The bedroom was spacious and always clean.

The room safe barely held our computers and sometimes it was hard to lock… The bread was the boring “wonder” white bread, and not at all up to the standard of the hotel. I ordered hot chocolate and it never arrived, though perhaps the morning staff are not enough to handle serving anything more than coffee? But it was a listed option on the daily menu so why shouldn’t one be able to order it? Especially in Oaxaca, the land of chocolate, it should be the pride of the hotel….
