The space
Church Farm Dairy is a cosy cottage, surrounded by rural countryside. It's a 3 bedroom cottage which sleeps 6. The Dairy has been renovated in 2024, with all new bathrooms and kitchen.
Downstairs
Kitchen:
Your own private kitchen (the fridge/freezer in the kitchen is small, as it's all the space allows, so please bear this in mind when bringing or ordering your groceries), we supply all the crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware that you'll need during your stay, as well as cooking essentials and coffee, tea and sugar. The kitchen also has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle so it's fully equipped to cook meals at home if you don't feel like going out for dinner.
Living Room Diner:
The living room diner has 2 sofas, as well as a dining table which seats 6. We also supply a TV, DVD player, along with a range of DVD's for those rainy days.
Downstairs Bathroom:
Newly re-fitted downstairs shower room, includes a toilet, sink and a shower.
Upstairs
(All of upstairs has been recently re-carpeted and re-decorated)
Bedroom 1:
Large master bedroom which has a super king zip link bed (can be separated into 2 singles, please let us know when you place your booking if you require this bed to be made into 2 singles). We also supply a travel cot, large wardrobe, as well as a separate cupboard unit for extra storage.
Bedroom 2:
Twin bedroom with 2 single beds and chest of drawers.
Main Family Bathroom:
Newly re-fitted family bathroom, includes a bath with shower over the bath, WC and sink.
Bedroom 3:
Ensuite bedroom with double bed, tallboy and wardrobe.
Outside
Garden:
There is a private courtyard area outside with outdoor seating, which has had brand new Indian sandstone patio slabs fitted in 2024. There is a gas/charcoal BBQ for those wanting to dine outside in the quaint courtyard garden.
There is also a large shared front garden, which we recently enclosed so it's perfect if you're bringing your dogs with you to throw a tennis ball around for them.
We are lucky enough to have our own chickens, goats and sheep at Church Farm, we are able to offer guests some fresh free range eggs for your stay and milk if requested.
Guest access
Guests will be able to access the entire holiday cottage, the courtyard and have shared access of the large front garden. We live in the house next door (along with our 3 dogs and 2 cats), so we are available if you have any queries during your stay.
Other things to note
'Breakfast Included' means I will provide you with milk, coffee, tea and sugar.
