Beautifully restored 3rd floor apartment, a mix of the old and new. Living area open with all convenience, kitchen is huge. At night ypu can hear the bustling street activity but in the bedroom it is silent. AC works great, lots of seating and fun artwork and lights. Parking agarage arou d the corner

Location is in the center of downtown close to shops restaurants/bars, and riverfront. Simple check in/out. Must be able to use stairs to third floor. Easy and cheap parking in garage next to apartment for $12 a day.

My husband, son and I had a great weekend in downtown Wilmington. The location was perfect for dining and shopping. We were able to walk to all locations as parking is at a minimum. It does get a bit loud at night with the busy nightlife in the downtown area. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. David was very friendly and attentive to our questions and concerns...

This is a lovely upstairs flat in an historic building located in the heart of the historic district. Bars, restaurants, coffee houses, and shopping all within walking minutes. The host communicated regularly and effectively to ensure our needs were met. Highly recommended!

We realized quickly that this location was perfect for the vacation we were looking for; walking distance to plenty of shops, restaurants, coffee, and the river.
Any questions were quickly answered, communication with the owner was respectful, prompt, and helpful.
The bars and street sounds were "there," but it didn't disrupt or sleep as the bedroom is tucked back from the noise. We would definitely recommend this location and would stay here again!

My daughter nd I were in town visiting UNC Wilmington and this property was perfect. We were walking distance from the multiple restaurants our host recommended (all fantastic) and a short drive to the campus and only about 25 minutes Wrightsville Beach. The property was well stocked and clean and our host was incredibly responsive and friendly!!

The location is unbeatable. You’re right in the middle of downtown and everything is walkable. We loved how dark and quiet the master bedroom is. There’s a basement bar less than 60ft away and we didn’t hear it at all! David is an excellent host and we’re looking forward to a return visit!

Beautiful week in Wilmington. 105 Market street Bridgeview was right downtown, and easy walking distance to the river, and numerous fun bars and restaurants. Very safe. Wrightsville Beach was wonderful, very hot, and an easy drive from 105 Market. The condo was perfect - all amenities were great, the shower and bathroom were top notch, and David the host was easy to get a hold of and extremely helpful. We will be back, and we recommend it highly. Loved NC!!

The property was great and very clean We were an older couple and the stairs were a little tough for us. The street noise was a little noisy but in the back of property was quiet. Our host was always available for any questions we had. Overall we enjoyed our stay Location was great could walk anywhere we wanted to go

Really cool redevelopment of an apartment in Downtown Wilmington. Located at the very center of DT Wilmington. Could not be more in the mix of what's going on there. Great bars and restaurants in every direction. Great city amenities, with Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach within short drives. Highly recommend.

Great location near bars and restaurants. May be a little noisy on weekend nights but you can’t hear it from the bedroom. Very nice accommodations. There was a leak on the stairs below the shower but the owner was going to make a prompt repair. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Cozy place with good vibes in a great location. A little noisy outside, but removed from the bedroom for sleep and mostly expected given the downtown location. Lots of excellent restaurants just a short walk away, river walk just down the street, plenty of galleries/art/marketplace events. Short, straightforward drive to the beach. Had a great time!

This VRBO was located in the perfect spot. Close to parking, right downtown and just perfect. It is the perfect size for a couple looking for a nice weekend. It was clean, modern and open. We would recommend a stay and we will be back in the future!

A quick two-night stay with our dogs. Location is very convenient to downtown stores, restaurants and bars. Parking is on the street or in the high rise parking just next to the property.

Visited Wilmington for a wedding and could not have been happier with the location and set up of Bridgeview. The apartment was spotless and just really comfortable - good seating, modern everything, and a really festive vibe. Nice touches like popcorn for the popcorn machine, some starter coffee pucks and basic toiletries. Easy access to everything Wilmington has to offer - really in the center of it all. Parking was simple - free on street on weekends and the next door lot was inexpensive when the street meters are in effect. David was easy to work with and a great communicator. Appreciated his friendly messages and flexibility. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing weekend getting to know the history of downtown Wilmington, enjoying the food, but most of all the delicious ice cream at Kilwins. The apartment is beautiful and the location is perfect! We'll definitely come back!

We had a great weekend at the Bridgeview apartment downtown. David is a great and responsive host. The sleeping arrangements were tight, but for our group it wasn’t a big deal.

We enjoyed our stay here and the location is really convenient to everything downtown. We were able to walk to restaurants and to the concert venue. Parking is right next door and super easy. Definitely would stay here again.

Location was perfect for our plans. We parked in the deck and walked everywhere we wanted to go. Unit was well decorated and very clean. Stocked well and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was fantastic. Loved the place and would stay there again if I wanted to be in that area.
