very spacious, clean room. I was pleasantly surprised how quiet it was upstairs considering there was a live act during our stay. my children slept soundly. all staff were friendly and really helpful.
hard to think of any, if I was being picky I would say, no toiletries, I imagine room could get stuffy in nice weather.

Room was very spacious, warm and inviting. Very close to the beach and the centre of Cromer. All things were replenish next day. Would definitely recommend a stay.
A bit of miscommunication regarding where to put dirty towels to be replaced, but was soon sorted on request for a clean towel.

the stairs to room , but we managed even though we’re both deaf/blind

Room was warm and cosy and nicely decorated
First night sleep was interupted by a noisy burping electric toilet mechanism which eventuall resolved after a few early morning flushes and managemnet informed in morning. No worries or sleepless nights after that. A great stay inspite the chilly weather for a historic family funeral .

comfortable beds..plenty of room, shower and toilet most pleasant.nicely situated just a stone throw from the coast.
the ghost that occupied our room, rather scarey..
you asked what happened?? our first night stay, floorboards creaked with someone walking across the room,i thought it was my daughter getting up for the toilet, but when i looked she was fast asleep...the second night we were woken up from sleep to the sound of the wooden shutters being bashed together.i laugh about it now but it wasn't funny at the time..however my son said he would love to stay and be visited by the ghost,ha!ha!

The bed was really comfortable.
The staff were welcoming and lovely.
Noise from pub was really bad. Earplugs were provided in our room which really didn’t bode very well. We would not have chosen to stay there had we known how noisy it would be.
Toilet did not work properly.

This pub is right in the middle of Cromer and very close to the beach. There was music over the weekend but all quiet by around 11.30. Although they currently have no kitchen they give you a voucher for 10% off at a local cafe a short walk away.
Due to the location there is no onsite parking. There is a pay and display car park about 5 minutes walk away which cost £8.50 for 24 hours

location near sea front
Disappointed they have stopped serving meals it is on there website advertising menu & no breakfast they should reflect this with the price you pay overnight. But room was comfortable & the other thing to consider you are above a pub which was fairly rowdy they even leave you earplugs on the bed !

Good size bedroom and bathroom. Good selection of tea/coffee and water provided. Cosy beds, lots of pillows, blankets, towels.
Due to hot weather we had the window open and it's a nosy corner to stay with family, pub kickout was speedy and efficient but then early morning bins and deliveries meant short window of sleep!

Lovely place for a few days break, right in the heart of the town.

the location was fabulous for me and my 6 year old son it was minutes from town, the beach, a play park and the zoo (20 mins walk) there was a lovely pizza take away across the road which we loved!
there was a minor situation which I won’t go into at the beginning of the stay and I had to make a complaint. the manager who I spoke to was absolutely lovely (I wish I could remember her name) and went above and beyond to make us more comfortable.
the coffee machine was very much appreciated along with the lovely warm shower and storage for our clothes!
the local cider comes highly recommended as well!
i can’t really fault the property - it was more other guests who were inconsiderate and made a lot of noise in the room above us for our last 2 nights - I wish people would be more respectful of other guests who are staying there
