About this house rental

Summary:
Let the games begin! Hang out in our game room with foosball table, basketball game, darts, and more! This is the perfect spot for your home base in Fargo.

The Space:
This is Unit B of a twin home. Each unit has their own private entrance and they don't share anything with the each other besides the driveway. Through the door on the porch you'll find the game room with fun for all. Head downstairs and you'll find two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a full kitchen, bathroom, and living room with a large smart TV and working gas fireplace.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to all of Unit B for the duration of your stay with the exception of a small locked storage area. The drive way is shared with Unit A.

The Neighborhood:
This is the Jefferson Neighborhood of Fargo. It's mostly single family homes and the occasional twin home. We're just two blocks south of Main Ave so you have easy access to downtown Fargo, Drekker's Brewhalla, and I-29 and I-94.

Getting Around:
We recommend bringing a car to get around Fargo, but we're also three blocks from the city bus route (matbus). There are also ample Ubers, Lyfts, and taxis. It's about a 12 minute drive to Fargo Hector International Airport (FAR).

Interaction with Guests:
You host, Noah, is available before, during, and after your stay. Unless it's an emergency, please reach out via the platform you booked on.

Noah was very easy to communicate with and he was very responsive to my communications. The kitchen was sparsely supplied, but well enough for what our cooking needs were. The beds were comfortable. This was a very convenient location to SDSU. This is a basement unit, with steep stairs down to the unit. The air conditioning worked very well and we were comfortable in the unit.

Wasn't a bad spot overall, "Air conditioning" isn't throughout the building just upstairs so if you get Unit B there is just a couple of fans down there, other than that Location is nice Unit was pretty clean.

The Unit B of this building is a very old basement that underwent a paint job. From the approach, the entrance was through a deck about 2 feet high, made of white vinyl which had been beaten and battered by weather. The part of the deck that is not covered has some greenish black stains which I believe was never cleaned over time. Going into suite B was very easy because the door was equipped with access control ( Just code for you to go on and out as you wish). The main level living room is clean and decent. But going down to the basement (because that is where your 2 rooms are), it looks like an horror movie. The staircase is painted white and it is dirty. ( I wonder who paints a public stairs white knowing people will work on it with their shoes). The kitchen's over the range vent button isn't working There were remnant of food and oil from previous use at the bottom of the stov coil and as we used the stove, there was smoke everywhere. kitchen cabinets had cobwebs in them. The dining chairs looked like someone spilled hot chocolate on them. Couldn't sit on them to eat with my family. The throw pillows had what looked like dried brownish water mark, and dried oat meal on them. Floor was sticky like it has milk poured all over it. The bathroom shower curtains had dried brownish lather on them from previous use, and some reddish dried body fluids on it. My kids could not shower there until I got them off at least the ones I could do. Terrible experience for us as a famil

Property did match my needs. Only 1 issue was that the WiFi did not work in the bed rooms.

We came down for a concert and had an excellent time. Our sons loved all the game room and we enjoyed the property. Noah answered all our questions as soon as we asked.
