The house was in a great location for a group of us who spent the weekend at lake Saratoga/the race track. Very clean upon arrival and an overall great stay!

We entered the house and quickly noticed that it was VERY filthy. There was dirt, dust, cobwebs with a host of spiders all over. The bathrooms and fridge had to be scrubbed as they were covered in stains. One guest room had parts everywhere and one of the 3 toddlers almost swallowed a screw. We had driven a long way and had some friends from out of state, so with the kids already in the home, we decided to go to Walmart to get cleaning supplies to make the best of the situation. Later that night a mouse was found in the half bath and I took a picture to let the host know. He offered a partial amount of the cleaning fee for the mouse but stated that he believes the cleaning we did was precautionary. Obviously I did not agree and the matter was left until the last night of the stay. During that time we saw more mice, chewing through the garbage bags, running across the deck and running through the kitchen from the half bathroom. The host continued to insist that they never had a mouse problem but there are holes in the house and garage. I called Vrbo once we got home but they stated we should have called during the stay, which we didnt know as first timers. We were connected to the host to seek compensation in which that did not go well and I overheard someone say we were looking for a "free meal" and that we were bottom of the barrel clientele. We have learned from this experience and wouldn't want anyone else to experience this especially for first time Vrbo users like us.

Such a nice place. Very relaxing and refreshing. It was easy to get ahold of the property manager.

Overall my entire stay was amazing! My check in and out process was very easy. Being able to have contact with the property manager anytime made that such a relief to have should I had any questions. Will definitely be staying with them again in the future!

This house was very nice. Large and accommodating. The house was clean and had all the things we needed. My ONLY negative comment was the hot tub was not clean at all and was not turned on so it took 26 hours to be warm enough. However the property took care of things right away and sent someone out that day to clean and accommodated us with any needs. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again. Not to mention great location for restaurants and shops near by in Saratoga Springs.
