We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean, beds comfortable, great water pressure, plenty of places for you to sit and chill. Also easy access from the highway and to drive into town. Great communication with the owner. I recommend!

The house was great, true to the listing. It was 1 block off a very busy road, so if you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs, as you can hear the big trucks driving at night. The property owner was very responsive and helpful

Loved our stay in this home. It was everything we needed and more for our girls weekend. Central to so many spots we visited. Clean. Comfortable. Open plan was perfect for games and eating together. Would come back in a heartbeat if we ever visited again!

The house and location were awesome! Very close to the track and to everything else you need. . The set-up of the house was perfect for our group of 8 guys. Check-in and all other communication with the owner (Charles) could not have gone more smooth. We are ready to book again! Highly recommend!

We stayed at this wonderful place for two nights for the wedding in Saratoga Springs. Everything - from booking to our departure - was flawless. The house and the amenities exceeded all of our expectations! We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub and the grill, so we will be back! Charles was excellent at communication and always responded promptly to any questions or concerns I had regarding the property. My friends and I stayed here for NYE weekend. The house is minutes away from downtown so it was super convenient for us to get around and explore the local restaurants and shops. The house was also very clean. 10/10!

The house was perfect for our group. We arrived early and Charles had the house ready when we got there. We had plenty of room for our entire party and the house and grounds were both clean and well taken care of. We hope to use it again in the future.

From booking to checking out, Charles did an awesome job communicating and providing as much detail as a renter could ask for in terms of amenities, and everything was in great condition throughout the house. The location was excellent for our group wanting to spend time at local golf courses, downtown for meals/nightlife, and for the track. The backyard was perfect for lawn games, we used the hot tub more than we expected. The number of beds was great for our group of 11 (we brought two air mattresses as well), and the kitchen and dining room areas were nice for hanging out inside at night. We were a little worried about our volume level late in the evening with it being a quiet neighborhood, but didn't hear any complaints which was good. I would HIGHLY recommend renting this house from Charles for families, bachelor/bachelorette parties looking to have a fun-yet-responsible weekend in Saratoga, or anyone else for that matter. Thank you Charles!

This beautiful home was perfect. Super clean and spacious. Ideally located on a quiet block and conveniently only about a mile from downtown Saratoga. The landlord, Charles, a true gentleman, and was extremely accommodating and was always available during all stages of the rental process. We all look forward to visiting Saratoga again in the near future , and hope to stay here again.

Comfortable house in a great location

This house was very comfortable and was in a great location. We had easy access to downtown, to the Northway and shopping centers, and to our family on the east side of town and out Rt 9. We did several bike rides from the house that avoided much traffic. The TV and Internet worked well and the living room was very comfortable. There was plenty of comfortable sleeping space -- although we did not use as much as we expected due to COVID-19 restrictions. We also did not use some of the other features like the hot tub and the deck with barbecue. The only caution is that Gick Rd can get a little busy and so you have to be careful backing out of the driveway; however, if you only have a couple cars, there's room to 3-point turn in the driveway. All-in-all we had a great stay. Thanks Charles.

The place is fantastic, the owner completely accommodating. We especially appreciated that he leaves the place open for a day in between guests. The place is exactly as pictured. The hot tub and back yard are lovely. No complaints!

This is a perfect place to have a big group or family to stay for a weekend at the track. It is a very clean and well-maintained house, and Charles was extremely helpful during our entire stay! The location is perfect for taking a quick cab ride downtown or to the track. It is a great find!
