About this cabin rental

Large and Spacious custom well appointed cabin/lodge with 8 bedrooms ( 3 are master bedrooms ) 6.5 bathrooms. There is also a guest house with bedroom and sofa sleeper available for an extra charge. 2 queen air mattresses are also available for extra guests if needed.
Floor plan features : Great room with a stone fireplace , floor to ceiling . This fireplace is propane. The great room is adorned with wildlife mounts . There is a large TV with Dish Satellite. WIFI is available for the whole cabin.
The beautiful kitchen comes with granite countertops and granite bar top with rosewood seating. It is equipped with both a gas stove and and electric stove top . Two ovens for baking . Two dishwashers, two microwaves , two side by side refrigerators. Small appliances such as crock pots (2),an air fryer, pancake griddle and a couple of hand mixers.
Laundry room equipped with 2 large capacity washers & 2 large capacity dryers.
A large game room upstairs has a pool table , ping pong table, air hockey table, Pac Man arcade and NFL arcade games. There is a large screen TV with leather lazy boy chairs for your comfort. The cabin uses Dish Satellite TV.
The Playroom upstairs has 2 single beds, 1 king bed, toys, games, Legos, for toddlers and young children.
Outdoors : A large covered L shaped patio with group seating on the back deck is available. This is 100ft. x 17 ft. We have 3 propane BBQ grills also for your use . Enjoy a large grass play area off the back deck. There are basketballs and outdoor games including volleyball, Corn Hole, balls, etc . A small kids Play House is also available for your enjoyment.

We have a large fire pit for your enjoyment with seating for 10, firewood is stocked for your use.
We have a 3 car garage and our driveway has 1 trailer parking spot plus room for up to 10+ vehicles.
Activities: This property is on a paved road . The lodge is located approximately 1/4 of a mile from the national forest . There are hundreds of miles of hiking , horseback riding , riding mountain bikes and lots of ATV trails .

Please make sure all vehicles are street legal and observe speed and noise limits in our neighborhood when traveling to forest as to not scare neighbors horses.
There are 6 lakes located within 5 to 25 miles from the lodge . These lakes are great for fishing , canoeing and boating .

We do not allow events, large parties and/or weddings at the cabin. However Tall Timbers Park nearby has covered cabanas, a playground, and even a stage for bands that you can reserve ahead of your stay if you desire. We can provide you with contact info. if you are interested. To insure our family friendly neighbors are not disturbed we do not allow Loud noises after 9 pm outside the cabin.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your cabin, or rather should I say Chalet… for Christmas! This cabin was incredible! So much space and room for everyone. I cannot believe how lovely it was decorated for Christmas… including a lovely 15gt tree! We weren’t expecting that and it was truly fantastic! There was Christmas in every room! We loved it here and had an incredible Christmas! Thank you again!!!

I could go on and on about this beautiful cabin. This isn’t our first time renting it and it won’t be our last. It fits our family of 20 perfectly with space to spare. It is clean, tidy, and has everything we needed for our weekend away. We already booked our next trip!

This large home had all we needed for a week long family reunion. Kitchen is well equipped for meals - including dishes and utensils for children - although seating together for our group of 24 was not possible unless we dined in separate areas. We realized this in advance so solved it easily by eating breakfast in shifts then lunch and dinner on the back patio. They provide some outdoor games and equipment and the indoor game room was a big hit with the older kids while the younger ones appreciated the toys in the playroom. Neighborhood felt safe enough that we felt OK allowing the children to play in the nice sized backyard with just a bit of supervision so they had some freedom. Best part for us was that the house felt “comfortable”, like a real family home - not a house where you were afraid to let your kids be kids! Would rent this home again if we are back in this area.

Every interaction with the property manager was great. We were well prepared by Reuben for our arrival. And when we arrived were were not disappointed! This beautiful log paneled lodge was immaculate and appointed with all the modern conveniences. Our large extended family especially appreciated that we never ran out of hot water thanks to the tankless systems this property has! The linens were freshly laundered, the kitchen well stocked and beautiful. It worked great for multiple cooks! The kids (our ages ranged from 8 to 18) and adults enjoyed the large yard (that came with games) and cement area for riding bikes, scooters etc. There is a very nice local store just down the road and you are convenient to all the activities offered in Arizona's Mogollon Rim country. Should you book this property (and we highly recommend) for your large group you can anticipate a very comfortable stay and a great experience!

Great cabin for our family reunion that included 6 families with 11 children. Spacious large, well stocked kitchen with double appliances for everything. Large game room with ping pong, pool and air hockey. Very large spacious yard for playing. Only a third mile away from forest roads and trails for riding. We will be coming back again.

Wonderful getaway to celebrate and spend time with friends and family. Host was wonderful with communication and provided great recommendations for food and activities. The home was clean with plenty of room for people to spread out and we enjoyed the big back yard including yard games and the fire pit.

This property is amazing. I have stayed here twice and each time I have been blown away by the amenities, the cleanliness and the decor. This should be the first choice for any large group. We had 18 family members from AZ and NM meet here. Plenty of space and never feels crowded.

Our children and grandchildren greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful spacious home in Heber. We loved all of the amenities offered and as my daughter in law so aptly said this is definitely a "do over". We cant wait for the next occasion to be able to go to Heber and stay in this wonderful place.

Buckskin Cabin was absolutely perfect in every way! There were plenty of rooms and beds...and bathrooms!!! We took our Student Leadership team of 23 students, to this fantastic cabin, for a planning retreat and we LOVED it! Everything was so clean, and we had plenty of room! The students loved the game room and the backyard! I loved the kitchen with two of every appliance! We had a quick response to every request and felt very cared for on our trip! Best retreat location yet! We will definitely be back!

This was a family reunion we call Christmas in July. My entire family was there as well as 2 extended family members. The cabin could not have been more accommodating. It very spacious and has everything you need and more at your finger tips. We will definitely come back to this lovely place.

This our third time staying at this property for family reunions. Once again, we were not disappointed. It is under new ownership now and the new owners have made several positive upgrades to an already great property. With all the bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of inside and outside places to play and have activities, we've found this home to be the perfect fit for our family of now 22 people and five family groups. Bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone! Just beware who you send through the front door first :). The new decor includes a very realistic rattle snake and badger display first thing through the door. We have party members who have a very serious fear of snakes and had to cover it up for our stay. The kids enjoyed sneaking looks at it, though :). All in all, everything we were hoping for once again and we'll be back when the occasion permits.
