Welcome to unit #359! Our recently redecorated 2 bedroom unit features a bedroom with a queen bed, a loft bedroom with a king size bed, a queen size sofa-bed in the living room, 2 full bathrooms; a walk-in shower and a tub. Host additional guests on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a Full size kitchen with a full size fridge, range, dishwasher, and a microwave. Don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay at Edgewater every year for the Charlevoix Marathon. It is the perfect location. The view from the balcony is amazing. Clean rooms, friendly staff.This year I was disappointed with the check in. Took quite a bit longer than normal and had to sit in the lobby for 35 minutes after check-in time. That's my only reason for a 4 star on the stay. Everything else was fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay in this loft suite. It is a fantastic location in a very cute town. Our littler kids were fascinated by the drawbridge, the operation of which you can observe from the equivalent of box seats. One small suggestion: Install an outlet for filtered water.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Suite 359 was fabulous from check in to check out. Front desk staff was helpful and even texted us when our condo was ready. Edgewater Inn was clean despite the construction go on (which is to be completed the end of the month) with our suite being immaculate!! Charlevoix is an amazing town and at this location, we could walk into town to shop and eat..or to Lake Michigan beach, where you can walk along shore finding Petoskey stones or watch the sunset. I would definitely return to Edgewater and recommend this amazing resort!!

Just an overnight shopping trip for me and my daughters to connect and relax! The place was perfect! Within walking distance of cute boutiques and awesome pubs. Love the are and the condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved everything about our unit! Despite the overall property being aged, our unit was impeccably clean and overall felt fresh and new. The view from the balcony was lovely, and the location was perfect for walking to restaurants, shops, the beach, and to see the mushroom houses. I would happily recommend this unit to family and friends.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came for a weekend Getaway and our daughter and Granddaughter went sking at Nubs and Boyne Highlands. The condo was beautiful. Well appointed. The downside is the main TV was not compatible with the local cable stations. We were unable to watch the Super Bowl. We were very irritated. Management was very gracious and tried to help but could not get it to work either. We were not happy with that situation...... Also, the pool was cold and the hot tub was out of order on our 3rd night. We were looking forward to using it after sking all day and then found out it was “out of order”. This was our 3rd time at this facility and found out stay this time to be disappointed. Management and the condo were nice just the other issues that were irritating. A monetary compensation should be made.

Also nobody told us you needed a pass code for tv. So couldn't use that we figured it out the last day.

This condo was newly renovated and done very well. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and the view of Round Lake was awesome. Would definitely rent there again. Thank you!

Reviewer Comments: Clean, comfortable, good location, very nicely decorated with attractive furnishings and art (and no knickknacks) We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the channel and drawbridge, with boats going to and from Lake Michigan. Very much liked the loft and superior bed linens. The upper bathroom plumbing issues need to be attended to properly. Also, could use an ice cube tray and a few more wine glasses.
