The open-plan living space includes a kitchen housing an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, a dining space and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms include four doubles, one with en-suite shower, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and shower room. To the outside is paid parking in a car park at the end of the street, and there is an enclosed garden with beach access. One well behaved dog welcome. No smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Within 0.5 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach. Breakaway to Driftwood for a wonderful escape to Devon. Note: The twin bedroom can be closed or opened to make a family suite with a double bed. Please note, the maximum occupancy is 10 people. Please note: Between November and February maximum 7 nights, longer stays at owners discretion.

The Crealy Park theme park, Bicton Park stately home and gardens, the Donkey Sanctuary at nearby Sidmouth, Woodbury Common, the cathedral city of Exeter, the Sandy Bay World of Country Life, and the endlessly captivating Jurassic Coast with its famous fossil deposits stretching eastward into Dorset are all options in addition to messing around on boats, relaxing on the beach, taking the ferry up the estuary, or visiting Dawlish Warren nature reserve. Exmouth has some of the best tourist attractions and a seaside lifestyle around.
