Penthouse perfection with beautiful lake views in this spacious & luxuriously appointed lakeview condo. You and your guests will be impressed as you take in the views of East Okoboji lake from the top of the condo building. You can also see fireworks from the "Live at the Lake" fireworks show every Saturday night throughout the summer. This property features floor to ceiling windows providing great lake views from within the living room. The master suite features a king bed and walk-out access to the deck, overlooking the lake. You will enjoy an updated shower and dual vanity sinks with quartz countertops. The master suite also includes a spacious walk-in closet with plenty of shelving and hangers. The living room features a couch that pulls out to a full size bed. The living room is furnished with an updated modern electric fireplace with floor to ceiling stone surround and 65" Smart TV. High-speed wifi is available throughout the condo. The kitchen features quartz counter-tops and stainless steel appliances including a oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. It is stocked with everything you will need including a Keurig coffee pot with single serve option. The dinner table can seat up to 6 and there also is kitchen island seating for 4. Tasteful decorations and updated light fixtures complete the luxurious look.

On the deck you will enjoy one of the best penthouse views in Okoboji from comfortable seating. As you are watching boats cruise by or an amazing sunset, dinner can be cooking on the Weber gas grill. The second and third bedrooms are adjacent to a second full bath with shower/tub combination. One room features a queen bed that sleeps two, and the other room has full size bunk beds with an additional trundle to comfortably sleep six. The condo also has an in-unit washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Your stay also includes parking for one vehicle in our temperature controlled underground garage. Parking for additional vehicles is available in our parking lot in front of the condo.

Our condo comes with six passes to Bridges Bay waterpark, just a short walk away. Between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day both the indoor and outdoor waterpark are open daily, as well as a private condo pool next to the condo building. The indoor waterpark is open weekends and holidays between Labor Day and Memorial Day weekend. The waterpark is great for kids or adults of all ages, with waterslides for the older kids and a zero entry splash pool for the little ones! There is a lazy river and also a hot tub to enjoy!

Access to the hotel gym is also included. This condo is the Golden Gate building which is adjacent to the private condo pool. You will also be just steps away from the Bridges Bay resort and waterpark, with restaurants such as Bracco and Waterfront. There is a fire pit outside the building that is perfect for 'smores that overlooks the lake. You can also walk (or ride) down the stairs to fish off the boat dock.

The condo was top notch. When you walk in you are greeted with a large living space. Kitchen, dining, then living. The almost floor to ceiling windows make the space feel even larger. The bunk room is perfect for a gaggle of kids, the guest bedroom is perfect for visitors, and the main bedroom/bathroom is top notch. The kitchen had everything you need. We obviously staid in off season, so the area was really quiet and felt like we had the place completely to ourselves. I'm sure the deck is nice when the weather cooperates, as it offers good views of the lake. Really happy with the stay and will look into it again for sometime next year.

Long weekend for mom and daughters. We enjoyed our time looking for treasures at antique shops. Had fun at the indoor pool and spent quality time together at the condo. Great view and great communication. Okoboji didn't disappoint, but mother nature got her way, haha. Thanks

This condo was so incredibly spacious, nicely decorated, had high end appliances, all the amenities! It truly was live-in ready! Pretty view of the lake. The only thing we didn't use was the underground parking because the entry had such a steep drop off, but there was space to park out front. We visited mid-September, so it was quiet. Had fun in the Okoboji area - close to everything. Thank you for everything. It was exactly as presented in the photos!

The condo was beautiful, spacious, modern and comfortable. Disappointed because there was construction 20 yards away. Loud music and noise starting at 7 am making enjoying the deck impossible. The view was construction everywhere. The way to the dock was walking through mud and boards. Fire pit not useable. Will be a 5 plus when the construction is done but for us not relaxing now. We left early.

This condo was perfect for our small family. It was clean, nicely styled, safe, and in a good location. There are a lot of things for families to do at the Bridges Bay resort, plus several good restaurant options nearby. The condo owners were well organized and easy to communicate with. The only negative is that the owners of the unit directly below this one were either super noisy themselves or had low rental standards. The unit was occupied by college students or young adults and they partied until 2:00 every night we were there. The walls are thin so you can hear every loud noise.

Nice condo! Perfect place to stay for all ages and close to everything Okoboji and Arnold’s Park. So much to do at Bridges Bay Resort and just up the road from boat ramp. Used shared condo dock to fish off of and private condo pool to take a quick dip. Property managers quick to respond and answer questions. Would definitely stay here again when in Okoboji.

Everything about our stay at this condo blew our expectations out of the water. The condo is beautiful and clean as pictured. The location and amenities are perfect. The communication with Rachel and Chad was the icing on the cake. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. We booked another stay before even checking out. Super clean, beautifully furnished condo with great view of the lake. Beds were clean and comfy. Being able to park in the underground parking garage was a nice perk. Condo was located within minutes to Arnold’s Park amusement area, shopping and dining areas. Definitely 10/10 would recommend this place. We hope to stay here again!

The Condo is absolutely wonderful, however the condo is new and the building next door is not completed. We woke up to hammering and Spanish music at 7am on the 2nd morning of our stay from construction workers 20 feet away at the adjacent building. Otherwise, the communication, condo and location at the lake were very nice and wonderful to get away to.
