About this house rental
Beautifully renovated three-bedroom house located in a quiet pocket of Frankston South and so close to all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. This property is great for families with room to move and an amazing outdoor entertaining area.
From the moment you walk in you will feel like you are home, the house has a welcoming, fresh, and clean feel!
Downstairs you have a family room at the front of the house with a TV and a couch, and then you move down the hallway and enter the impressive living space with an abundance of natural light, open plan kitchen with everything you will need, combined living/dining with heater/air conditioner, TV, couch, dining table and bi-fold doors leading to the outdoor deck with table. The rear garden is a highlight with undercover BBQ area, firepit and even some toys and a sandpit for the kids. There is also a separate laundry with washing machine & dryer and a powder room.
Upstairs there is a landing area with a heater/air conditioner, three bedrooms all with ceiling fans & built-in robes, master bedroom with heater/air conditioner and ensuite bathroom with shower, 2nd & 3rd bedrooms with 2 x single beds in each. Central tiled bathroom with shower over bath.
Please note: There is a security camera installed outside at the front of the property for guest & owner security.
Jump in your car and drive 1.7kms approx. to Oliver's Hill Beach or take a leisurely stroll of only 1.1kms approx. If parklands are your preference, you have the stunning Montague Park about 300 metres away and just a little further to the amazing George Pentland Botanical Gardens. With Frankston CBD and train station only a short walk away this place opens up so many opportunities to explore.
Although we won't be available in person we are available to assist at anytime throughout your stay via the booking platform.
Frankston is a suburb of Melbourne in Victoria, Australia, in the local government area of the City of Frankston. It is located 41 km south-east of the Melbourne city centre, north of the Mornington Peninsula. Due to its geographic location, it is often referred to as "the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula"
Situated on the eastern shoreline of Port Phillip, Frankston has been a popular seaside destination of Melbourne since the 1880s. Frankston Beach is still one of the most frequented in Victoria, and is recognised as one of the cleanest in Australia. It is also home to one of the largest exhibitions of sand sculpting in the Southern Hemisphere.
Please note: Pets are not accepted at this property & guests are required to have previous reviews or provide additional information if requested.
Please ensure you use the external bins correctly:
- Green bin is for food and garden waste, no plastic bags
- Yellow bin is for recycling, no plastic bags
- Red bin is for all other rubbish
If your stay includes a Wednesday please put the bins out on the Tuesday night. The green waste & recycling bin are on alternate weeks.
When you check-out you will be required to leave the property in a neat state including dishes washed and put away, used towels left in the bathroom for the cleaners to collect, fridge empty, all personal items removed & rubbish removed and disposed of. This will ensure the cleaners can prepare the property for the next guest. If extra time is required for cleaning then we will put in for additional costs through the platform.
As an extra security measure for the property we do require the below information to be sent through prior to finalising your booking:
- The reason for your visit
- The names and ages of all of the guests
- The photo ID of the main booking holder
The reason we ask for the above information is unfortunately due to some recent poor experiences with guests, please note if this information is not provided we will be unable to proceed with your booking and the access will not be granted on the day of check in.
We do not accept 'schoolies' groups at this property and the minimum age for check in is 25 years.
Our property is 100% smoke free zone. If you wish to smoke please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts correctly. Do not smoke near open doors or windows, to ensure the smoke doesn’t come into the property. If we need to deep clean the property due to a breach of these rules a $500 fee will be charged.
Please note: When you reserve the property payment will be taken upfront to confirm the booking. This money is held until your stay so if you do cancel (within the relevant cancellation period) the money will be refunded to you.
This is a quiet area so there are strictly no parties allowed. We also do not allow groups of people such as bridal parties or gatherings.
Please note: We don't allow check ins or check outs on public holidays due to cleaners availability, if you try and choose this option it will say host unavailable on the calendar.
