las instalaciones,sus amplios jardines, el personal muy atentos, en especial los meseros de restaurante liberia

de los 4 días que estuve al día 2 pedí reemplazar la botella de whisky cosa que no pasó, ojo menos de la mitad tenía,tocó bajar al bar a recargar al menos unas 4 veces 👍

Nice stay with annoying sellers.

Great general facilities, room contrasted a little however, it was fair enough I must say.

The amount of annoying sellers at the beah really hits the experience, it might not be a hotel thing, but unfortunately the beach is part of the attractive features of the hotel, so it is part of the experience and it really rests the quality.

Las camas pequeñas e incómodas El aire de una de las habitaciones no servía Ni el servicio sanitario En la cena te dicen que no hay que reservar en los restaurantes y a lo último te dicen no hay espacio El último día no habían gaseosas Te hacen caminar bajo la lluvia para almorzar ya que no abren los restaurantes más cercanos 😡

Los show muy buenos

No encendieron abanicos en los show y hace falta más ventilación, en el restaurante el tucán muy mala atención tardaron más de ora y media para servir y muy poca comida. Muchas cantidad de personas as ospedadas para un solo restaurante buffet y se hace mucho desorden e incluso personas comiendo solamente en una silla.

Overall great stay, food needs improvement

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room although dated was better than the pictures. The pool area was nice and relaxing.

I have stayed in many RIU properties. This was the worst food experience I’ve had at any of them. The food on the buffet was often cold. The speciality restaurants were basically all buffet style as well with a few a la cart items. The BBQ chicken and burgers that was served Pool side right off the grill during lunch time was delicious and was the best meal. The Asian restaurant was our go to for dinner. We ate off the resort a few times and everything we had was delicious. Many of the locals stated that they hear the same complaints about the resort food from visitors. RIU should enlist local chefs.

Resort is dated. The bed didn't feel comfortable and the pillows were small and hard. There was construction adjacent to the room we're staying in so it was loud early mornings

La calidad de la comida. Y el acceso a los recursos, por ejemplo trasladarse a las habitaciones, piscinas, playa.

El personal, el trato no fue siempre agradable y no habia un interes en resolver la situacion. Las instalaciones se ven gastadas y no bien mantenidas.

Great resort, will definitely go back!

The room was very clean and house keeping was exceptional. The beach was great and very easy access. Tons of entertainment. The food was good, they have everything you would want. The gym was nicer than expected.

We found excursions close by so we would not have to travel. See Jason on the beach and he will make it happen for you. To visit the volcanos and rainforest you have to travel a bit (3 hours total). Saving those for next time!

Terrible—rip off— rude staff—overcharge

Diego at front desk charged ys $1000 more than the booking.com amount saying we had “extra” people. We had 2 per room! 1 person per bed. What a ripoff. He made us wait for 3 1/2 hours in the lobby for god knows what reason. The food was ok. The alcohol was such a low grade quality it was almost undrinkable. They also spray a heavy chemical at night to keep the bugs down and there is nothing on the property alerting you that this is the practice. Do not come here!! Expensive and not worth it.

Me quedaron debiendo!

El desayuno estuvo bien, y la ubicación también.

No me agradó el trato que se le da a los costarricenses, existen preferencias para los extranjeros y son indicadas por los jefes. La alimentación ha bajado muchísimo en calidad y variedad, los postres no mejoran. La bebidas son de mala calidad (licores en general), hasta el te frío sabe feo.

Food - Lack of variety in vegetarian food in the buffet, Asian restaurant, and Italian restaurant. The food available in those 2 restaurants were also in the buffet. Nothing new. Water pressure- low water pressure in the room slow elevators

Les cours de danse qui n’étaient pas structurés et l’impossibilité de louer une voiture à partir des deux RIU de guacanaste ! ( voitures toutes indisponibles!)

Tuvimos varias malas experiencias con el personal y detallo a continuación: 1-Vimos muchas personas que llevaban snack con platos a la piscina, pero en el momento en que yo fui para hacer lo mismo, el supervisor del restsruante Ocotal que se encontraba en día 23 en la tarde me dijo que debía de dejar el plato dentro del restaurante, le hice caso porque empezó a comprobarse muy alterado y hasta me trató como una niña y regañando y utilizando palabras como " déjelo ahí, venga con un tono bastante alterado, no salga con ese plato" yo le hice caso para evitar problemas pero después observe que estaba cerca de la entrada "el disque supervisor" y estaba consciente de que otros huéspedes sacaban platos y no les dijo nada, me moleste bastante y le fui a reclamar muy molesta ya, como es posible que sólo a mí me dio ese trato? Yo estoy pagando por un servicio y si lo hubiera dicho de una forma diferente " más amable" con gusto yo lo hubiera entendido. 2- Estábamos en la piscina y estaba la fiesta de espuma el 24 oct, mi hijo de 9 aañitos estaba de cumple y feliz en la piscina y le pedimos a la muchacha que esta animando que le enviara un saludo a nuestro hijo y se comportó muy maleducada y prepotente dijo que " Nooo íba a hacer eso porque de lo contrario todos le piden lo mismo" Le reclamamos que no tiene nada de malo saludar a todos los cumpleaños en su día, en un servicio al cliente que se les paga por eso también pero igual que el supervisor se molestó y siempre a la defensiva.Salimos decepcionados del trato de algunas personas. Creo que deberían de ser más selectivos y auditar más el trato del personal con los clientes, ya que aparte de las malas experiencias que vivimos, todos andan como de mal humor siempre y para todo dicen que no se puede de forma muy grotesca hasta lo que están realizando check in- out.

The drinks were water down they were favoring the Spanish people more we had to keep yelling getting their attention I felt like they were being racist but wanted tips the drinks had no alcohol in it we had to get the liquor in our room put it in cups to pour it in the drinks the food wasn’t that good i don’t eat beef or pork so only choice for me was fruit and salads etc to eat most of them don’t speak English we were running from the raccoons they were trying to come to our table to eat other then that the place was ok
