Salt water pool, hot tub, whole house Sonos system, high Speed Internet with Orbi Mesh WiFi throughout the property (even poolside), central air conditioning & heating, Halo water filtration and conditioning system

Outdoor: Private salt water pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, conversational seating, built-in Fire Master gas grill and side burner, fruit trees, outdoor table with umbrella and 6 seats, outdoor shower
Living Room: Open living and dining area with views of the pool, golf course and mountains, gas fireplace, formal dining table with 6 seats, 65” Samsung Frame flat screen TV, sunken bar with wine fridge, record player and Sonos, newly refurbished powder room.
Kitchen and breakfast room: Fully equipped, Sub Zero fridge and freezer, Bosch oven and dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster oven, built-in microwave, electric kettle, breakfast room with views of the pool, golf course and mountains, marble Tulip table and 6 Ghost chairs, Sonos
Main Bedroom: Direct access to the pool area, king-sized bed, large walk-in closet, 50” Samsung Frame TV, Sonos speaker, ceiling fan and spacious newly refurbished on-suite bathroom with dual vanities, double shower, Japanese toilet, free standing tub and Sonos.
Second Bedroom. Queen-sized bed, 43” Samsung Frame TV, ceiling fan, large built in closet, newly refurbished ensuite bathroom with shower.
Home office/optional third bedroom: Glass desk with dual monitors; sofa bed, large built in closet.
Parking: Circular Driveway with off street parking for three cars.
The Neighborhood:
We live in a very private neighborhood where there are wide streets and not a lot of cars. It’s perfect for walking and biking. We live on the 8th hole of a public golf course.
Getting Around:
We have plenty of off-street and on- street parking available.
Other Things to Note:
City of Palm Springs Requirements:
The City of Palm Springs has ordinances that apply to all vacation rentals in Palm Springs.
The main sources of violations are:
Outdoor music. No outside music is allowed at vacation rental homes in Palm Springs.
Noise. Noise should not be able to be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (including music from inside the home that can be heard outside). Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside, or if they are outside, to use inside voices and be mindful of neighbors.
Number of Guests and Cars. Having too many people at the property (more than 6 overnight or more than 10 during the day) or too many cars onsite (more than 3).
The City of Palm Springs is very strict about these ordinances and surrounding neighbors have a 24 hotline they can use to report violations. The City of Palm Springs will send out compliance officers if they receive a complaint and they can fine you a minimum of $500 per occurrence without notice.
Good Neighbor Brochure. We are required by the City of Palm Springs to give you a copy of the City of Palm Springs “Good Neighbor Brochure” and also have all adult guests in the party fill out and sign the Statement of Rules before having access to the property.
Pet Policy. Only 1 small dog up to 25lbs allowed. No cats or any other animals. Your pet has to be house trained and you have to clean after him/her. There can be coyotes and hawks in the area so please keep a close eye on your furry friends.
Breakages and furniture. Please notify us if anything breaks so we can replace it for future guests. If you move any furniture, please return it to its place before checkout.

We enjoyed the open concept and spacious house! Manager was awesome! The pool area was amazing! If we were not out golfing, we were poolside! 10 minutes from the airport, but don't even realize it! The other highlight that sets it apart from other homes its location - Right on the 8th green of a beautiful course. Your have something to watch all day! Not to mention the view of the course, the amazing mountain range right in the backyard! We will be back!

This house has a really nice layout and in a nice neighborhood that is about a 10-15 minute drive into downtown Palm Springs.
The house sits on a golf course so it was peaceful and was perfect for my annual girls trip!
Devin the house manager was great! He was very responsive to texts and made sure we had everything that we needed.
Such a great weekend! Thank you!!
