Paradise Palms offers a sense of tranquility and is in a great location in this up ad coming neighborhood. It has180 degree views of the Juaquine mountains.
OUTDOOR AREA
Outside, you can swim and lounge around the beautiful tiled pool, grill and eat an amazing meal as you watch the sun set over the mountains, or spark up conversation under the stars around the outdoor fire table.
There are 8 cushioned chaise lounge chairs with umbrellas that flank the large saline pool, custom spa and 2 Frontgate pool floats for lazy afternoons. The patio area brings many indoor amenities outside.
LIVING AREA
This home’s inviting open floor plan and California Casual décor offers a soothing relaxed lifestyle. From almost every room, large glass floor to ceiling sliders bring in light enhancing the large open concept living room and invite the beautiful outdoor and desert landscape into the home. The Kitchen is well stocked and features modern, stainless steel appliances, and high-end cookware.
There are many conversation areas in this house which is a big plus for groups and multi-generational families.
The two Master suites both feature king size beds, 42” flat screen TV,'s European linens, private en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the beautifully landscaped back yard and pool. The two additional guest bedrooms have luxury king beds with flat screen TV s.
CITY and HOUSE RULES:
-- All of the desert cities do not allow any music to be played outside at any time or played inside where it can be heard outside. There are strict noise ordinances for which the cities issue fines that start at $1000.
-- In all of the desert cities there is a 10:00 pm curfew from being in the backyard.
-- In a 4 bedroom home the city occupancy rate is 8 persons (children under 3 are not counted in this total)
-- Only 3 cars are allowed and no street parking
--This is a non-smoking premise.
--The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $50 a day plus the city tax. Guests usually heat the pools from October through the end of April. The heating of the hot tub is included in the rental.
Once you book with VRBO you are accepting the terms and conditions listed in the the House rental agreement which is posted on the VRBO website. House agreement will be sent to guests through Docusign. In order to gain access to the home Docusign agreement must be completed.
Popular attractions include the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, Sunnylands (The Annenberg Estate), numerous hiking and biking trails, golf, The Children s Discovery Museum, The Indian Wells Tennis Garden, home of the annual BNP Paribas International Tennis Tournament, And The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.
The property is easily accessible to all events in the Coachella Valley such as The Palm Springs Film Festival, Stagecoach and Coachella Music Festivals, The Humana / Bob Hope Golf Tournament, and Many Others.

From infant and toddler to elderly great grandma, 4 generations enjoyed this tastefully decorated Palm Springs jewel in a quiet neighborhood. We splashed and floated in the pool, relaxed on lounge chairs under umbrella shade amid the hummingbirds that flitted through a flowering tree. Kitchen was great, large dining table accommodated all 7 of us and living room seating was comfy for family movie watching. Great beds and bathrooms, a total winner.

The house is very nicely renovated. It has a fabulous pool and yard. The house is smaller/cozier than the photos make it seem. It’s a ranch house and living area is not huge. Nice and well stocked kitchen. The street / immediate neighborhood is transitional and was not quite as expected. Overall, we had a nice stay, but the home was a little different than expected.

The Paradise Palms property was perfect for our girls trip! It looked just like the photos and it was in a convenient location. The backyard was private and had plenty of space. The home was decorated adorably and had everything we needed and wanted for a comfortable stay. I had a few questions about the property during my stay and the owner responded quickly. I would stay there again and would love stay at another Louisa Davis property.

The house was great, beautiful yard. Very comfortable. Loved that the pool had so many lounge chairs. Management company was great and accommodated an early check in, which was great. The only negative is the neighborhood, very shady looking, but it was quite. Overall great stay

Nice open layout nice rehab great great great pool and yard plus nice and clean...unfortunately while we were close to my parents as I requested (Rancho Mirage) the street/block lacked a way for us to take a secure walk with small children. Wish we had looked at alternatives as this was a primary need for us.

This was our favorite stay in Palm Springs by far. We really appreciated how thoroughly clean, well-maintained and well-equipped the home was. The backyard was amazing, spacious, comfortable with beautiful views. The outdoor ceiling heaters were wonderful for us as the temperature was cold at night. We were able to sit outside around the firetable and keep warm. All of the rooms were well-stocked with high end furnishings and everything in the home worked easily. There was a minor issue with the water heater & Louisa responded quickly within a half hour. WOW! Her staff is exceptional. Both the adults and kids in our group loved our stay here. Thank you!

I would highly recommend this home if you want a beautiful property, if a spotless house is important to you and if you want a management company that picks up the phone to help you when you call. This house was better than the pictures. We came with our adult children and grandchildren. The house was beautifully furnished and well stocked with everything you would need. Super clean and the beds were so comfortable and bedding luxurious. The best was we all had such a great time together in this home. Backyard and pool -fantastic. I loved the large covered patio. We ate dinner outside every night and the ceiling heaters made this possible as it got chilly at night. Kid were in the pool all day. Views and sunsets spectacular.You will not be disappointed if you stay here. Thank you Louisa

We had a fun girls weekend and enjoyed this very stylish house. The pool area is exactly what we wanted. We had a few issues during the stay but the property managers were very responsive over the holiday weekend.

Beautiful home with a huge backyard. The space was very well put together and very comfortable for our extended family vacation. The backyard is lovely and offers a ton of seating. You are in the local part of town and it’s close to the airport and grocery stores. Would definitely recommend this house for a vacation anytime of year!

We’ve rented many properties through VRBO and often what you see in the pictures is not really what you get when you walk through the door. This property is exceptional. The interior is all brand new the owners seem to have just finished remodeling this. The California casual feel is just what my wife wanted. We came here with our adult children and grandchildren and they had the time of their lives. The only time they were out of the pool was to eat. We barbecued every night and sat out on the amazing patio looking out at the beautiful mountains. The house was also immaculately clean which made my wife extremely happy. It was close to grocery and had easy access if we wanted to go into Palm Springs. This was a true retreat and fit our families needs beautifully. Louisa was amazing to work with if we had any questions she immediately answered the phone. We have already booked our stay for next year.

This house was ideal for our guys golf trip. The house itself was like new. Very clean, modern (brand new appliances made me realize I need to upgrade) and plenty of space for 6 midwestern boys. The backyard was even better. The hot tub came in clutch after golf, but we didn’t have enough time to give the pool (salt water fyi) the attention it deserved. The location was perfect, close to the airport (~7 minutes) and surrounded by all the golf courses your heart could desire. Louisa was a great host. She made sure we had everything we needed and was always super quick to respond. We will absolutely be staying here again...and we will make sure we allow for some more pool time.

Very clean and beautiful home
We loved this home. The pool and outdoor area were insane. The pictures don’t do the views justice. Fantastic indoor/outdoor spaces - we thought we’d go out to dinner more but found ourselves grilling at the house because we loved it. There were 4 king beds which made it great for the 4 couples and the beds were very comfortable. The property management company was great and very communicative. Quick trip to/from the airport which is great after a long day of travel and when you don’t want to leave the pool before your flight out. We got to soak up as much time as possible at the house. I will be staying here next time I visit Palm Springs !

Such a gem!
This home was way better than the photos suggest. We loved the big sliders out onto the back patio - it made for a true indoor/outdoor experience… totally extending the living space. The house was well appointed with great bedding, stocked kitchen, etc. The pool was where we spent the majority of our time during the day, and hot tub happy hours at night. Loved the big backyard and sweeping Mountain Views. Louisa was extremely responsive during check-in and with any questions we had. We cannot wait to come back - we will be staying here the next time we visit Palm Springs.
