Natural light abounds in the open-air living room with soaring ceilings offering a comfortable setting for entertaining or relaxing after active days exploring or beach going.
The separate FROG has been completely remodeled to comfortably sleep 4 with 2 trundle beds + new hybrid mattresses. Equipped with ceiling mounted projector for streaming movies or favorite channels, foosball table, bean bags, Smart TV, mini fridge and popcorn machine. This is the perfect space for adults and kids of all ages to enjoy some privacy, lounge and game time.
No one will feel cramped at the Waterman. Whether enjoying a quiet morning coffee on the front porch bistro, a favorite book on the screened in back porch, evening cocktails by the firepit or games in the backyard there is plenty of space here for you to relax, play, entertain and enjoy time with your favorite people or pets.
The home layout includes:
* 2 first floor bedrooms: One King bedroom and one Queen bedroom
* Full first floor bathroom with tub and shower
* 2nd floor hosts the airy primary King suite with walk-in closet, vaulted ceiling, en-suite bath, step in shower and jacuzzi tub.
* Additional play/flex room is the perfect inviting space for kids or infants with twin futon or pack and play.
* Workspace with desk is also located upstairs
* Ample private parking for up to 5 vehicles and/or boat trailer
This beautiful family oriented, residential neighborhood located mere minutes and a pleasant bike ride to Wrightsville Beach and Mayfaire Town Center with numerous local shopping, dining and entertainment options. UNCW campus is also just 5 minutes from the house so perfect for visiting families and students. The historic downtown Wilmington Riverfront is an easy 15 minute drive from the community. You wont find a better, centrally located option for your stay!
