This place was great for me to stay! I felt safe and the place was very clean! I’ll try to stay again soon!

Overall great convenient location. Parking is a little wonky. If your not super skilled in parallel parking it may be difficult to park. The property is beautiful and very cozy. The shower wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, and there were boxers inside the folding/ pull out mattress. These are minor inconvenience and I cleaned the shower myself and Lysol the pull out bed. Overall a great experience and great price! You can’t beat it!

It was well decorated, it was clean the kitchen had everything except a toaster. The remodel work was well done. There was no gas in the grill or outdoor fire pit which was disappointing. The bed was listed as a queen but was NOT, it was in fact a full size bed. So if you are a bigger person like me at 6'4", it doesn't work well. The parking was very limited, and the neighborhood was a little questionable, as there were armed guards at the local grocery store. Over all we were comfortable and really enjoyed our stay and trip to the Ark and creation museum.

Good things: very clean, spacious for two people, very nice shower and spotless kitchen with all new appliances and kitchen things, plenty of towels. Bright kitchen and living area nicely decorated. Very convenient washer and dryer and a great tv with Roku.
Not so great: the bed was not a queen, but a full size. I would not have booked this place if I’d known that the bed was so small, that should be corrected on the listing. The bedroom is big enough to accommodate a bigger bed. Also there is only one entrance/exit, the front door does not open, if we had had an emergency we would have had to go out a bedroom window probably, but I didn’t check to see if it was possible to open one. Generally the furniture was not super comfortable, but we are big people so maybe smaller folks would be ok with it. There are no bedside lamps, and very few places to hang up towels or clothes. There is no curtain on the entry door and the bathroom is exactly in line with that window, with the neighbors window just opposite, it really needs a curtain or shade. Street parking was a little dicey, mostly nice neighbors except one dude who vigorously shook his head at us when we made a minor, temporary parking faux pas. With a few adjustments it would be a good place to stay, convenient to Cincinnati, little bit noisy neighborhood, but we didn’t feel unsafe.
