Amazing property, great find. Would love to return.

It is beautifully decorated, it has everything you need. The pool and jacuzzi were a real bonus. Very comfortable. Very well placed to travel quickly and cheaply into the city. Great air conditioning in the main rooms.

I would have appreciated the air conditioning being in the bedrooms too. It was so hot! Maybe a fan in the bedrooms would help.

Mindenkinek jó szívvel ajánlom! 10/10

Látszik, hogy az épület/apartman megálmodói nem kevés időt és energiát fektettek a szálláshely megvalósításába, kialakításába. Jól felszerelt a konyha, kényelmes és otthonos a nappali és a háló, kifogástalan a fürdőszoba. A tisztaság 10/10, makulátlan volt minden! A parkolás ingyenes és még a parkolóhelyek szép kialakítására is ügyeltek. Tényleg úgy érzem, hogy a szállásadók kihozták az épületből és a környezetből a maximumot, illetve kommunikációs problémákba sem ütköztünk, mert végtelenül készségesek és kedvesek voltak. Nekem fontos volt az is, hogy megadott bejelentkezési időn túl, rugalmasan foglalhassuk el a szállást, aminek 100%-ban eleget is tettek a kialakított rendszerüknek köszönhetően. Minden fontos információt megkaptunk üzenetben és nekünk tényleg csak annyi maradt a dolgunk, hogy jól érezzük magunkat! :) Innen is köszönöm az élményt!

Top quality: very quiet

We chose to stay in this place because we were passing by Budapest on our way to Helsinki and wanted a place to shower and sleep. Therefore this was in a very good choice for us, a location outside the city center, with free parking right in front of the building and in a very quiet neighborhood. The top thing to mention for us was how quiet the place was and this is coming from people who are very sensitive to sounds. We don't know if we were alone in the building, but this was the only stay out of our 12 stays in different countries where we didn't use earplugs and it was absolutely silent. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and very well equipped, the building has a small front yard with tables and chairs where we could smoke and the place was very easy to find. The latter was also thanks to the wonderful hosts who were very kind, quick to respond to all our questions and who gave excellent instuctions for how to get to the building and the apartment. We also appreciated the very warm water and the wonderful water pressure in the shower.

We would have liked the shower cabin to have been a bit more spacious and the bathroom bin a bit larger. There was an issue with the tv (maybe the signal from the antenna?) which we mentioned to the hosts, but that wasn't a big deal for us as we didn't actually watch tv since everything is dubbed, we just wanted to listen to something. There was also the option to connect to Netflix with our account, but since we were there just to sleep, we didn't bother. Maybe we would have if there was a tv in the bedroom. Lastly, the mattress and the pillows weren't good for us, as we are used to different softness of mattress and thickness of pillows. We did, however, like that we had more than one pillow each.

Apartament czysty, duży oraz urządzony nowocześnie. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Parking darmowy przy samym apartamencie. Super lokalizacja.

Nice and clean apartment

Stylish and very clean apartment. Easy parking in front of the house. Easy access to the city (attention: there are different tickets needed for the train and the tram!!!!) We were there in winter so we didn`t hear anything from the train station (windows are well isolated). It was nice and cozy warm in the apartment and in the shower there was always pleasant hot water (you didn`t have to wait for it either). ...and there was already a bin in the bath as well

The double bed is only 140cm wide and the couchbed in the living room is relatively hard We didn´t pick the apartment because of the jakuzzi, but I think it was not for (guests) use - or at least not at this time of the year

For the price it's a pretty decent place to stay.

Good infrastructure. Free parking. Nice hosts.

The bed creaks very much. We woke up many times at night from the creaking. Noisy refrigerator. People who have sensitive sleep patterns may have difficulty sleeping. I was surprised that there was no trash can in the toilet to throw away paper and hygiene items.

Would love to stay again if I have a chance to go there again

The location is convenient which is easy for street free parking, and is only a few minutes to walk to the train station. The house is old style, with nice decoration. Has all the facility if you need for a simple cooking. The owner is very friendly and helpful. She found one of my earrings after I left and posted it to Australia to me! So nice of her!

A good holiday flat with good public transport connection. Would definitely rent again :)

The apartment was ready in time. Everything was clean and comfortable. The communication via the booking.com app was fast and friendly. The Apartment looks like on the photos. The furniture is very lovely and in perfect condition. The Wifi worked perfectly. The location provides towels and a small kitchen with tea and instant coffee and is sufficiently equipped to cook a small thing, if one chooses to do so. We always found a parking place on the street in front of the door without problems.

There's a train station just on the other side of the street. While this is useful to get around the city, it also means one can hear the announcements, train horns and whatever that heavy freight train was doing there that one night. So if you have a light sleep I would recommend to close the windows and let the air conditioning do it's work instead :D

Exceptional

The apartment is clean and spacious with everything you need in it. It is very stylish and located in a quiet area. The free parking in front of the property is also a plus. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for a great stay!

great satisfactory stay

Nice, cozy and spacious flat for holidays. Great location to Sbahn station (15mins to Budapest center). Air-con in hot mid-summer is a life saver.

The bed could be wider (reference: 191cm and 165cm)
