value for money, pleasant staff and helpful

could have more fruit and had to ask for more food eg scrambled egg as run out each day tea bags - tea too weak to drink pleased to get a upgrade of Lux villa which we appreciated

Enjoyed staying here as the food was amazing and really good sized servings! The staff were all lovely

The location was perfect, the food at the restaurant was amazing!

The bed could do with replacing as could the pillows. There was a very musty smell in the bathroom

Friendly staff great food, wonderful location

Gorgeous location the staff were super friendly. Great pool to do morning laps. Extremely quiet and great value. If you were to compare this next to the outrigger which is a zoo. The Indian restaurant on site is the best in the Korotogo strip

Like the venue the staff at the reception area but in the resturant 🤨

The AC was spot on...the location of the villa

Less fruits you guys could've provided a variety of fruits and also the breakfast menu...the money we spent does not match the type of breakfast that was provided and also your staff that were serving if they could be asked to smile more often..A little customer service training won't hurt.Also how their wasn't any connections in the room..it really sucked

Returned after several decades but will surely return soon.

Continental Breakfast can be improved with improved items at minimal additional cost. No oats, nuts and grains? Tropical fruit items could be displayed better and the size and handling of ripe pawpaw's reviewed. The locks in our LUX 4 was broken and maintenance acted smartly to correct.

Apart from the breakfast issue and the locks the workers were courteous and welcoming. How about some background music in the bar during happy hour? How about getting better WIFI over to the whole fascility not just the bar and reception area??

The location of it was great.

It is such a beautiful place that has so much more potential. There was little to no cell reception and with that, I reckon the hotel should at least provide wifi that guests could use comfortably in their rooms rather than walking all the way to the reception or the dining area. Really questions whether you’re getting our money's worth.

Hopeless. Waste of money. Even the Fridge n TV was not working

Nothing. Very basic breakfast. Not worth the value. Also didn't allow to take breakfast to room as it's was raining

Should consider providing value for money paid. Wont recommend anyone to this venue

Beds were very uncomfortable, and had to ask for a lock to be put on back door.

uncomfortable beds, no tv, drain caps in bath floor were holes that you could see in, staff sleeping under our room, back door didn’t lock. Breakfast included is toast and fruit

No working phone, shower had no curtain or screen so water went everywhere. No wifi nor cell service to organise leisure trips.

Disappointing

I loved the location

Traveling with my wife and 3 kids, i had emailed and booked to extend my hours and made my travel arrangements accordingly after the staff had emailed agreeing to my request. At reception, I was told I couldn't extend my hours and even after pleading the next day because I had made arrangements prior to suit my travel needs and couldn't be canceled at the last minute. For a $400 villa a day, that was very disappointing.

Incredible, hospitable, safe and will come again! Not costly compared to the other surrounding hotel

The friendly staff, the bar and hotel was amazing. The ocean was in front of our villa, at night we could hear the sound waves of the ocean which put us to sleep. The staff was very accomodating, so nice and super lovely.
